Remarks

Overall the college in good. There is very good coding culture in college but if you want ece then i won't prefer it being and ece student.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Well the best thing about this college is since it is an IT college so we don't have to study chemistry (jk). We have 3 exams each semester T1 T2 and T3 for 20 20 and 35 marks respectively. Every semester we have to one optional subjects from maths, physics and humanities department which is scoring. Then for labs we have mid viva and end viva. Labs are well equipped with components. The subjects are taught thoroughfully and campus placement is nearly 100%. We usually get internship from campus but they choose only a handful of students.

Placement Experience

4

For CSE and IT branch the placement is excellent in my college. But for ECE well not much core companies approach the college so mainly the are placed in mass recuter. For ECE airtel Ericson and a few more. Each year around 600 students takes part in placement. Just before placement college offers certain courses which are beneficial for placement.

College Events

4

Beginning of the academic Callender we first have ebulience( freshers) for first years. Then the ethnic night in October then around Feburary end college fest named impressions (techno culture fest) in which the footfall for the fest is around 8000. Then cyber shouristi in april 2nd week (technical fest) having footfall around 5000. And thourough the year some cultural or technical events is organised by different hubs in college

Fee Structure And Facilities

For each semester we have a tution fee of 70000 and 30000 for Development fees. You can either pay online thourough netbanking, atm card, demand draft or neft thourough your bank. for card 2% extra is charged for transaction. No other fee is asked accept that of fine imposed.

Fees and Financial Aid

No as far as i am concerned there isn't any scholarship for the college. For education load you yourself have to prevail it.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus is small just 16 acres but well structured. Talking about gender ratio just 2:10 (obviously 2 being girls and 10 being boys). The college has around 30 hubs 6 technical and remaining cultural for social activities. Workshop are conducted on almost every topics from technical to digital to drama etc. There isn't any hatred or anything. Politically and religious neutral.

Hostel Facilities

3.5

Yes. The hostel is pretty good. They charge 67000 each semester for it. We have swimming pool, jym, some Indore sports like table tennis, pool, squash and a very small ground for badminton, basketball, volleyball. The food is just okayish to eat.

Alumni/Alumna

The senior are very helpful. They hardly endulge in ragging as it is strictly prohibited. I myself got help from my senior in getting an interview for internship.

Admission

After getting jee mains ranks i was searching for a decent college with good crowd. The infrastructure of college is great, they have literally utilised each and every corner of the college. I filled an online registration form for the college. Then for the councilling I had to go to the college in person. I recall councilling was on 1st of june 2017. Then the admission for the college was around 15th july. For councilling they called students by roll number wise and you had to choose the priority order of your course (cse ece or it) either you want to opt for hostel or not and you have to pay for that in advance. In admission

Faculty

3

For core subjects they are allocated 4 credits, having 4 hours of classes weekly 3lectures and 1 tutorial. And for elective 3 credits 2hours of lecture and 1 hour of tutorial. About the faculty they are so so. Some of them are excellent some are good some are so so and some are well not say but not good enough to teach. Average age for our faculty will be around 35-40. Most of the faculties of the college are having PhD in respective field. Some faculties are very helpful for development and Also provides us with traning opportunities. Faculties usually teaches us by ppt made by them. Some teaches great while some worse.

Course Curriculum Overview:

I choose B.Tech CSE course as I am interested in Computer and Coding. Don't go behind the trend. Choose the course according to your interest. Every course and specialization is difficult in its own. Personally I suggest if you took addmission and you are in 1st semester, please focus on your studies. Don't kept roaming and bunking classes as 75% attendance is also necessary.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum is Totally academic level which is easy to moderate There are only one or two coding subjects which is done in form of workshops The overall syllabus is good but old and is related to aktu syllabus which needs a change and won't help in technical field a lot Curriculum is still moderate and easy to clear but still some students are back and detained due to less attendance Which is the biggest issue in this college that is 85% u can only take 6-7 holidays in a semester which is so less and two three holiday will let u detained in sessionals which will overall decrease the internal marks in your overall cgpa of college

Course Curriculum Overview:

The subjects like ITC, COI influenced me as why they are in the curriculum they don't provide any skills for the engineering students. Students also studies these subjects in one day and give exam and they forget these subjects add no importance in the curriculum. There are subjects like acquiring buisness communication which helps us to improve our conversation skills confidence that is helpful in the future while interviews. The improvement in the subjects which is not useful for engineering and to increase more things which helps us in coding make us skill good. The frequency and timings of exams are quite tough there are consecutive classes along sessional exams student always stressed and the attendance is also higher so the student can't also take leave for his own mentality stability and to relax . The difficulty is quite high .

Our curriculum gets better from this year as so many changes occur due to college become autonomous Like a better coding platform bought by college for student i.e. CODETANTRA and some subjects of 2nd year introduced in the 1st year like COLD and DSTL , Promoting students to participate in Hackathon by mailing to the students about each and every big or small hackathon . Giving them free attendance for that thing . The frequency of exams are about 20 days .
