Remarks

My experience had been worth it. It was a journey full of memories and learning.

Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

The curriculum that was made for us duly covered all the aspects of literature. whether it was theories, novels, renowned writers or literary periods. The learning was quite practical as it was never one-sided. As a student, I learnt to have my own perspective. I developed a vision for the world and my passion for the language got wings.

Placement Experience

4

University will forward your resume and you can also sit in their own placements. they will provide you with all the necessary guidance.

College Events

5

There are many events in which one can participate and enjoy the various treats provided by the university. During my journey, we enjoyed certain concerts, poetry recitation competition, dramatic society functions and various other events. Even the festivals are given importance to the university.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is quite feasible and hostel facility is also very nice. University provides transparency in fee breakdown. It's a liable place for study for any middle-class person. I lived in the hosel there and attended my classes. The fees were not overbearing.

Fees and Financial Aid

No, I have not opted for any kind of scholarship. Although the facility is available. One takes advantage of that on the basis of their intellect.

Campus Life

5

One will find diversity in the campus as in m class only there were students from every part of India. There was not any kind of discrimination rather we could learn from each other. As for the economic background, there is a reservation for Economically backward class and most of the students are middle class. There are many societies and groups which one can choose as per their interest.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The facilities were great tasty and hygienic food, cleanliness, security and infrastructure everything was up to the mark. The warden used to keep track of students schedule. There were hostel timings and particular rules that are to be followed. However, those were for the student's well-being only.

Alumni/Alumna

They are very helpful and they are there to guide you whenever required. I got in touch with my alumni and asked them for career guidance which they provided with utmost sincerity.

Admission

I came across this university on a social networking site, at that time I was planning to pursue my master's degree. I went through their reviews, had a conversation with their counsellor and finally made my decision. Factors that made an impact upon my decision were their highly qualified faculty as all my professors had a PhD degree, their campus which has every facility in it and budget friendly fee structure.

Faculty

5

The faculty of the university is very professional and they will guide in every manner possible. All my professors were doctorate and specialised in their field of teaching. I learnt the skill of teaching from them only as they didn't teach us by traditional methods rather there was something innovative in their style. The lasses were mostly discussion-based and the medium of teaching was a PPT or a Video. We were never cramping rather learning in the most substantial way.

Placement Experience:

Numerous companies keep collaborating with the university and many students are placed every year. The minimum value of package is 3.5Lpa and it goes up to 12Lpa depending upon the course and the ability of the students My plan after this degree is to clear the net/jrf because i want to be a professor in my respective subject.

Course Curriculum Overview:

It was my dream to be a good teacher and by choosing this subject I'm able to build my communication skills and I've got a different perspective by reading about different personalities of writers. Best thing about this course is that you'll get to know about different cultures and different thoughts of people which helps me in bringing good things into my mind. I think there should be placements for this course also. Our campus is too crowded but the space for students is more than enough.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The course curriculum is lengthy and monotonous. It is time consuming and the semesters are short. Usually a semesters lasts for not more than 4 months we get very little time to prepare for our exams. Also the syllabus needs to be updated and changed.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The best thing about this curriculum is that it is non very burdensome for us and easy to navigate through. It is well divided into multiple units making it easier to navigate through. For example - there is this course of key concepts in the very first semester which lays foundation for upcoming all semesters. Similarly in the first semester, we are taught Constitution of India laying the basics very clear . I personally choosed this course due to my interest and it's application in almost every competition exam out there. There can be a little bit improvement regarding the introduction of research methodology courses. Since there are no courses yet, it often cause a problem for students who want to pursue PhD in future. The frequency of exams is fine enough as there is a lot of time for us to adjust in the new semester and enjoy all the curricular and co curricular activities without a constant load of examinations all the time. This is the best thing I find.
