Remarks

Good teachers and good attendance evaluation Higher placements pre-placement seminars etc.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

8 semesters, 2 class tests per semester 1 main exam at the end of each semester the curriculum is basically in accordance to the csvtu and hence it is basically a mug up and writes in exam kind of situation at the end and no creativeness is inspired after studying here.

Placement Experience

1.5

There are few companies that had visited the campus for attending the placement you have to carry your resume in the date and time at the venue, all the details will be presented to you a day prior companies like Accenture, cognizant, justdial, etc had been visited.

College Events

1.5

ANNUAL FUNCTION SPORTS, tours, etc are organized by the college for the students hence every single student can take part in the college functions the tours are inside India and not foreign tours these are organized in accordance with the number of students present at the time of functions not so grand.

Fee Structure And Facilities

34100/ for 1st time rest 7 times 23100. Cheque and cash both are accepted hostel fees depend upon the type of hostel you choose the facility you use and the room partner number of which divides the rent of the hostel hence whichever suits you there is flexibility.

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, the college offer scholarship to sc st and obc candidates as the laws and amendment proposed by the state government of Chhattisgarh all the scholarships are given here and csvtu passed scholarships are also there.

Campus Life

3.5

Very basic and boring but safe campus same number if boys and girls no competition and robotics annual function sports tours etc are organized by the college for the students hence every single student can take part in the college functions the tours are inside India and not foreign tours these are organized in accordance with the number of students present at the time of functions not so grand.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior are not so smart and the same goes for the alumni they just do what is required and get rid of their duties.

Admission

EXAM For admissions is CGPET and JEE. Probably a goto college for a csvtu engineering degree if government colleges are not working for you the factors that made me choose this college is the location of the college is near to my home and the transport is always available.

Faculty

1.5

There are above 45 subjects overall in 8 semesters no internships included it should be done separately every subject is divided into the semesters appropriately in a hierarchical arrangement about 30% of total subjects contain a lab work attached.

Placement Experience:

Final year students are eligible to appear for campus placements which starts towards the end of their 7th semester. Companies that visited for Civil Engineering: L&T, Adani, Stratview Research, PlanetSpark and several local firms. The highest packages were offered by Adani (approx 7 LPA) and L&T (6-7 LPA). Around 5-7 students received placement offers from the mentioned companies. It is important to note that a lot many students did not sit for campus placements as they had different career aspirations (government jobs, higher education, business ventures etc.) My plans were to prepare for upcoming competitive government exams as well as try my hand at something different and creative

Yeah ,the course in terms of comprehensiveness is really satisfactory. I have some issues with sequence of subjects which are covered ,but there is no compromise with the comprehensiveness. So I would rate good that too .

1. Students from seventt semester and onwards are eligible for the campus placements. 2. There are ample numbers of comapnies visited in our college like schneider electric, bpcl, bhel, bhel, reliance, catterpillar, eil, and so on. As per the last year data around 130 comapnies made in to our campus and they offered around 800 plus offers to various studenst of different departments. 3. The highets package offered this year is 60 lakhs that is offered by DE Shaw and average package is something around 11 laks per annum 4. Taking considerations of students of all departments, almost 70 percent students get placed. 5. Presently my plan after getting degree is to get into a job.

Microtex, HCL, Wipro and many other IT companies gives us research projects and also their work as well. So, we basically have indirectly worked for them and the ones they feel can add more to their organization comes with a clear mind and take us with a package that we expect them to. So, placements are purely on performance as those who perform well are given best of placements.
