Good college for engineering, but no placement available.

Overall good Rating should be 3 star. Because all the things are not in positive way. there should be placement available for students. Students are not getting placements because of that they have to find jobs by their own.

Exam structure is good but still needs much improvement, Exam patterns should be changed. Subject are also very lengthy. It only focuses on theories, not much practical experience was given. Practicals are more important than theories.

No placement was here at that time currently what's happening I don't know. Also the college does not provides internship by their side. Students has to find one for their own and apply for the NOC in college.

Every year Engineering techfest is organised by students and different cultural events and functions were also organised. In Engineering Techfest different events are there such as Robo race, rappelling etc.

Fees is only 3000 per year because it is a government college. Total fees payment is necessary at the starting of term and if you want hostel then the fees of hostel will be added and also it is necessary to pay at the start of term end.

Loan facilities are not available because the fee is only 3000. For sc, st and obc candidates scholarship is provided and they get the scholarship once it gets approved by government. TFW candidates are also need not to pay tution fee they only need to pay 1500.

Extracurricular activities are less. Labs are available but all equipments are not working properly and also some of them are not in proper condition, there is also a week for sports only. Different sports are played.

Very much time is consumed in travelling only and we do not have the time to contact with seniors. Actually I don't know a single senior in my college thourough out the course. It is always helpful to be in touch with seniors.

Admission is given according to the merit list of ACPC. I have filled Form on the website of ACPC and once the merit list is declared then I had done choice filling of different rounds and got a seat in Government Engineering College Valsad in Mechanical Engineering branch.

Couple of faculties are good. Most of the faculties try to complete the syllabus only. All teachers are well qualified but teaching is not that much proper means it is not at that level what is needed in such government colleges.
