Remarks

The infrastructure is great & the environment is great. The students are very co-operative towards the college. Its a great environment for studies & co- curricular activities. It has 2 big farms college farm & students farm for research purposes.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum is easy & interesting. If you are a keen learner about plant sciences it's the best course. It has got a vast arena of future scopes starting from research scientists to agricultural officers.

Placement Experience

Private placements arrive at our college at the end of our course with various jobs. Yes, our college provides internship of 6 months at a remote village which consists of various works giving a practical aspect of our course.

College Events

College Day, Traditional Day, Youth Fest, Exhibitions, Entrepreneur Programs, Research Guest Lecture Programs, sports meet and many others. These events create a great enthusiasm among the students & creating an interactive learning environment.

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible. The fee structure is average. There are 2 types of seats available. One is govt. & other is private. Private seats costs 14 lakhs for the whole course apart from hostel & mess fee. But the govt seats which are filled thourough exams are more feasible.

Fees and Financial Aid

ICAR NTS scholarship given by ICAR thourough admission from ICAR UG exam. The local students admitted via EAMCET are given university scholarship according to the norms. More over the students are given awards according to their performance.

Campus Life

Our university has an exclusive sports ground for us. It consists of all types of sports starting from cricket, football, soccer, basketball, etc. There's also an indoor sports stadium in which badminton court, table tennis court & gym is there.

Hostel Facilities

The hostel infrastructure is average. New blocks are being constructed with the renovation of previous ones to make it more better. It consists of all the facilities starting from water cooler to TV room, newspaper room etc.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni of our college are well placed in various companies & research stations. They visit our college sometimes & give motivation by sharing their experience. The alumni network of our college is very strong.

Admission

I got admitted thourough ICAR UG 2018 entrance exam securing AIR 954. And after the ICAR UG counselling I got admitted to College Of Agriculture, Rajendranagar of PJTSAU University in Hyderabad, Telangana.

Faculty is co-operative & very helping. They are very knowledgeable & simple persons who are willing to help not only in academics but also in development of personality. They have a vast experience from their own life.

We have placement cell in our college. Mostly fertilizer and pesticide companies interview us. The package will be like 50000. I think tebre will be no academic percentage in this case as they want the person who is practically knowledgeable. They mostly ask for the experience. I want to write cat exam and jrf.

Placement Experience:

Generally, the campus placements here are good when compared to the other agricultural universities. The highest was around 1000000 and the average was around 400000. Generally, the students are eligible for campus placements from the end of the 6th semester onwards. like one of the companies like Anmol media,cpshpl, naandis association of urban farmers, etc. Most of the students were placed in my senior batch. They made around 30 offers. The percentage was around 91 in getting placements. After completing my course I will get a BSc in agriculture degree to my name. The companies that came for the campus placements here are good.
