All positive one can get admission here without any fuss its a good College and if you are trying to get admission in such a College which motivates you in right direction HKBK is a good choice. Have a look

Course Curriculum Overview

Course structure is good. it contains all.the current technologies and programming languages. Labs are well occupied and faculties are well qualified and very helpfull. Some time we have hectic days but most often we came back chilled

Placement Experience

Many companies visit here every year. such as wipro,infosys,tech mahindra, cognizant are some big name amongs them. For computer science and information science its almost 100% placement here. College provides us internship

College Events

Calypso:annual day Sports day:varity of games are organized on that day Kannada rajyotsava:every year on 1st nov Melam: celebration of onum Inter branch outdoor games: between branches And many more event such as rangoli competition, painting etc

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible for College fee but hostel fee is a bit too high for middle class families 1.4 lalk per year for tuition fees. Where as 80000 for hostel Fee for gym is relevently bery low. Only 100/month

Fees and Financial Aid

As a management student there are no such scholarship but if you are coming through comedk or cet you have varity of scholarships. And College provide merit based scholarship for localities only. nothing for others

Labs are fine and well equipped. Extra curricular activities are not up to mark but still.fine. They conduct variour workshops on current technologies and on entrepreneurship trends. Ehich are really very helpful

Management seat. As per current trends computer science is must suited course for anyone,thats the rrason why i choosen hkbk College of engineering and have taken computer science and engineering stream

Very helful and well educated faculties and pushing us towards the core and make us grow in a better way. One always feel blessed having such faculties and supporting staff. Along with studies they help us in other fields too

The scene of placement is good here. Companies visit and offer on campus placement. College also train us for interview round . The highest package offered here last year was 51 lakh per annum. Average package is around 6 lakh per annum.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The curriculum has the necessary subjects of the branch...It is constantly updated every year to adhere to relevancy and comphrehensiveness of the course..My department of AIML teaches us the necessary computer subjects such as Nature Inspired computing, Deep learning etc and also the Maths and Stats whch is required for machine learning is though too ( Like Maths for machine learn and statistical modellign, inferential statistics, time series analysis etc)..These subjects also have lab components which help us prepare for real-world applications. But some of the older subjects on the other hand which might be core computer science or in first year..common subjects like CAED and others are not required and outdated. The frequency and timings of exams is moderate..neither good nor bad

My Real Experience as a First Year DSAI Student at IIIT Dharwad

Students become eligible for campus placements from the 7th sem. The highest on campus package this year was around 64 LPA, while as far as I know, the top 20% of the students usually get offers in the 16-24LPA range. The overall placement rate is good, but results depend a lot on your skills and practice

Though i needed cse with cybersecurity but i didnt get it so i went with Robotics and ai. In first year they have many subjects of all course which are basic and fundamentals of all branches Some are good in real world application They should add more practical stuff then theories We have 1 to 1½ month gap betwen internals and some 10 days gap between 2nd internal and sem difficult level varies every year
