Everything has 2 sides, but in my perspective college life makes the most of you especially if you are living in hostel campuses. You get to learn so many things and which eventually make you a better human being at the end of the day. Make lots of memories as those years won't return to your life anymore.

The course curriculum was good as we got to learn some basic geology during those days. Eventually, some advanced courses were also taught. The course structure was made not too hectic and not too chill as it was normal.

Yes, placements are provided by our college. But the placement session is totally based on the subject which is not relevant to out course. few oil companies visited our campus as geology involves oil exploration but they didn't many students.

We have 2 events one was cognizance which was a technical fest involving bot fight named armageddon, guest speeches, etc. which was a cultural Fest involving dance music art photography, and others.

50000 was the fee structure and there was a different structure category-wise. Also, the next batch which got started in 2013 had a much higher fee structure compared to us. I think it was just double that us.

Yeah, there were few scholarships given to students based on merits. Our course has an MTech course so, for a scholarship, we have to qualify gate at the last year in order to avail it. The gate scholarship comes from mhourd.

Sports facilities are excellent with a large ground having running tracks, 2 basketball courts, a swimming pool, and all other games. It was a great campus and had tried to build a world-class sports facility center.

Our college seniors were good as they helped in some subjects and life experiences. Our college organizes alumni meet regularly so, students get a chance to meet their alumni and know about college more.

Though IIT jee examination conducted in 2012 which made a merit list and according to it, different courses are alloted. I was allotted an integrated MTech in a geological technology course. It was a good course.

The faculty was really good and learned. Some professors were very rich in knowledge and some are just completing their time of the day. Nevertheless, overall faculty was good as they taught us some very good geology.
