There is no negative remarks. I just want to say I love my college. Especially when I am not there in the college I miss it very much. They arrange a educational tour of 15 days in 3rd year in outstate.as well as NSS camp for 2nd year students.
Course Curriculum Overview
Exams are taken in 3 parts per semester.1st is mid term of 30 marks.2nd one is practical exam of 20 marks. and last end term scores 50 marks. The course dairty technology is a different kind of course which relates the food industry.and I have special fond of being a food inspector I joined this college.
Placement Experience
Yeah, there is 100% placement in our college.yet this record breaking placements are done. And my college provides the 1 year internship program in 4th year of the course since 2010.which is very useful to get practical knowledge. It is held at vidya dairy, anand, Gujarat.
College Events
In our college mainly 3 events are celebrated: 1. freshers' party 2. talent search 3. Intercollege sport day. But in the university students are participating in cultural events as well as in interuni sports.all the festivals of india are celebrated in our college before a day of that festival.
Fee Structure And Facilities
It is very cheal due to govt. college. Around 9000 oer sem. It is cheaper than the other college. It has few donation seats thourough which students can study by paying higher amount of money. It is having a limited seats for PGDMM course for a degree of MBA.
Fees and Financial Aid
Several scolarships are providing such as for the students who go for the higher study in abroad and for the MBA aspirant students as well as who do PG in same college or at NDRI college. So there is no such worry of money for the students.
Campus Life
There are many kind of activities are done in college. Such as sports viz. Cricket, footbalk, basketball, volleyball, table tennis, loan tennis, badminton, chess, etc. As well as there are more than 15 labs with a small plant for dairy operation.
Hostel Facilities
Infrastructure is very good and has faciltiesbof TV room, Gym room and mess for a college students, also have meditation room and library with every kind of books with gujarati, hindi and english literature and has facility of laundry machine and bed witj cupboard in every room.
Alumni/Alumna
Therebis very good network between seniors and juniors in our college with anti-ragging rule. They treat the juniors as brother and even there is a hostel rule that always seniors will pay the food bill outside the campus. Especially I loved that rule. They are very helpful even in studies and other problems.
Admission
By the merit list. I got the 1313th rank in Gujarat or else for the outstate student there is a entrance examination system thourough which they can take admission. As I am a student of gujarat I got admission by merit list.
Faculty
Mostly around 90% faculty members are doctorate And rest other are doing Phd in same college.every processors are having deep knowledge on the particular subject. And done many research works which are published in indian and even international food journals.
