Remarks
The college is good. Sinve it was established in 2010, the college is still serting its goot in the industry but the pace of growth is good. Companies coming for placements are increasing and the profiles which are offered are also gettjng better. We have one of the best curriculum for MBA in Banking and Finance plus the curriculum is reviewed every year so as to keep up with the changes in BFSI industry.
Course Curriculum Overview
The curriculum is excellent ranging from Banking to Finance. It kncludes subjects like PBF, Derivatives, Banking Ops, Investment Banking, Private Equity, Financial Engineering, Technology in Finance, International Finance and various other subjects.
Placement Experience
The college has good placements. Average CTC is around 8 lakhs. Companies from various domain of BFSI come for placement and internships. Yes college provides full time summer internship oppirtunities with good companies. RM profile is biggest recruiter here. Apart from RM we can get valuations, analyst and insurance profiles also.
College Events
We have Symposium the flagship corporate event, Sangram flagship sports event, Ethicon and Synopia the flagship cultural programme. The events are well diversified in different firlds. We get knowledge as well as fun activities.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Expensive. MBA programme in Symbiosis is quite expensive as compared to other colleges. But you get exposure also. The campus is beautiful and amenities are good as compared to different colleges. You can take loan.
Fees and Financial Aid
We can opt for loan from leading banks lkke HDFC Credila, Axis Bank, SBI , Canara Bank etc. Loans are available at rates of 8.5%-10.5% ranging from how much loan covers. Regarding scholarships, if we top the semester exams we get 1.5 lakhs as scholarship.
Campus Life
The college has excellent ECA facilities. We have huge ground where one can play any sport. We have n number of sports here for soorts and recreatiin facilities. We have cultural events all around the corner where students can rejuvenate themseleves. Since we have 6 MBA colleges together in one campus therefore there are cultural events rohnd the year.
Hostel Facilities
Infrastructure in hostel is excellent. We have attached bathrooms in every room. We have rokms of 2 3 and 4 sharing. Rooms are good n quality. Mess food is average. View from the rooms are breath taking. We have all the amenities. Plus we have our own fully working hospital.
Alumni/Alumna
We have string alumni network who are workjng in giod conpanies around India. The college stays in touch with alumni regularly. We have Alumni Meet every year where students can connect with Alumni. We have regular guest lectures feom Alumni to get ourselves updated about the industries.
Admission
SNAP Test and GE-PIWAT process. First we have to give a written aptitute test of SNAP. The test consists of LR DI and Quant and GK. Once you clear the required percentile you give GE PIWAT process after getting the call from the institute. Once you clear GE PIWAT you get full time admission.
Faculty
The faculty is pretty good and knowledgeable. They clear all your doubts and teaches the subjects in depth. We have both young and old faculties here. The mix is good. Faculties are friendly and are welcoming.
