Teaching & Placement

Placement is very good as compared to other colleges. Specifically placement records for software branches is very good. Many Teachers are less qualified for teaching and some teachers are doing discrimination on the basis of caste & religion. Also they give mlre attention to Jain community students even in placements also.

The overall course curriculum is not that much extraordinary. For research we need to have extra syllabus as per university curriculum. There is lack of practical knowledge in overall syllabus of Mechanical Engineering. Overall syllabus more focus on production & manufacturing field.

One of best thing of my college is its placement. Placement record is very good of my college. MNCs, SMEs & small scale industries visits to college for placement. College having extra training & placement cell for overall placement training. College doesn't provide any internship.

Every year college orgainzed one National level technical event as Witchar & one national level technical event by Department of Mechanical engineering as Acceleration.The participation in both events are very good. Also every year college celebrates one cultural event as Atharva. And many other small events were organized by college depending upon festivals & other occasions.

Overall fee for General category is 1lakh 20 thousands. But for me it was 11000 because I have taken admission in Tution Fee wiever scheme (TFWS) on the basus of merit. I personally feel the overall fees of College is very high.

The Govt scholarships are available in our college. Minority scholarships, OBC, TFWS, EBC scholarships are available in there college. There no loans facilities in our college but students can take education loan from Banks.

The labs, workshops are well equipped. There various students bodies working for extracurricular activities like Soft skills development cell, Indian Society for technical education cell, Entrepreneurship development cell, College Magazine Committee, etc. The major religion of College is Hindu (Jain Community). I personally feels little partiality to me on external marks and many other occasions as I am Muslim.

Alumni network of college is very good. Most of the Alumni came for recruiting students from our college. But seniors was not that much good when it comes to guidance & helping. Mostly they help according to their relations with students.

The directorate of technical education (DTE) Govt of Maharashtra releases its central admission process (CAP) round. We need to do registration on its official website dtemaharashtra. gov.in. After registration we need to fill up forms and required courses & colleges. As per merit we will be alloted to respective course & College.

Very few faculties are highly qualified & having doctorate degrees. But many facilities are only Post graduates with lack of practical & teaching experiences. Many of them even not good at communication. Overall very few hardly 4/5 teachers are very good at teaching methods & communocation.
