Academic wise good can give more importance to practical learning

Semester pattern its fair but I feel curricum is not practical and it's not fair I got through tancet counselling last year college was open on September 12 there is both tancet and college donation list 75000 per semester fees there is no iv in our college plz recommend it its very helpful for us thts all I can tell about my college

College Events

Dawani I is the only event celebrated in our college that too it was cancelled due to corona virus no other events will be held women's day celebration onam will also be celebrated in our college and I want more events to be celebrated our college is mostly academic and result based

Fee Structure And Facilities

75000 per semester is quite exepensive which is exclusive of hostel exam fee internship fee out born training fee etc per annum is 115000 that to fees for tancet entry in addition to that. For donation its 300000. College do not provide fee breakdown

Scholarship or loan facility is not availed in college my father availed study loan for me through sbi

Transforming Learning Beyond the Classroom

Likes

Supportive faculty, practical learning through case studies, workshops, and industry interactions helped improved both technical and management skills.a
Regular seminars, guest lectures, internships, and management events provided good exposure.
Good campus environment with helpful faculties, library, Sports room with PS5 and billiards table.

Dislikes

The campus infrastructure is good, but adding more recreational spaces and student facilities would enhance the overall experience.
More cultural and technical events would make campus life more engaging
Some administration process could be completed faster during busy periods.

Placement Experience:

Placements are supportive through training , internships , and campus drives. Companies from various sectors visit the campus. I plan to build a career in Business / Data analytics after graducation..

From 3 sem college makes preparation for placement and by 4 they focus to place students TCS , Cognizant,Icici etc I'm planning to get settled in a well known company vth good package of salary in my future

Faculties ( Mostly all of them will have a business experience) ( they will not be the one's who studied to became a professor, they gained experience in realtime).
Perfect infrastructure ( Room, Dinning hall, seminar halls, Classrooms)
Food (100%) The menu includes Non veg, Soup, Juice , Snacks, Ice-cream. It gives a perfect balance diet.

Dislikes

Mostly all placement will be on sales and marketing.

Placement Experience:

Placements will be provided to everybody. But the problem is HR department students will not get a chance to get into their own field. Mostly all the placements will be sales and marketing. Operation department have a good scope of getting into their field with a good package in well-known companies.

SRM institute appears to be generally good. According to best performance and more than 90% of previous year students got placed on campus . The college has a 95% placement rate. 9 out of 10 students are placed in their dream . Placement companies are Cognizant NTT DATA,ICIC Bank, ZOHO

A Brief Overview of SKCET as an Atmosphere

I chose this college as it was closer to me than other colleges i applied for. I got a seat in HITS, as well as CUK. I declined them both for having poor placement records, something that SKCET excels in. Even though i am not a hosteller, the hostel food was reported to be very bad by my friends. This might be a negative point for those looking to stay in the hostel. Other hostel facilities like cleaning, space, etc are quite good still. One of the main ways to gain entrance into these collleges is to do the 12th grade exams well, after which you can apply to the college through the TNEA scheme. It is easy to get into the college provided you have a cutoff above 170 in your 12th boards. Once i got into the college, the admission process was quite easy, except that they expected the entire year fees to be paid upfront. Overall a 7/10 experience....Read More
