Course Curriculum Overview
Our college adapting Choice Based Credit System (CBCS) with Outcome-Based Education (OBE)pattern. We have practical oriented classes and the classes are equipped with Smart learning system like smart boards, LCD projectors etc. Yes, the curriculum is groomed to provide industry-specific knowledge to the students. We have a compulsory internship in UG and PG level. Yes, our college organizes Industrial visits, Field trips and Educational Tours for ever Semester.
Placement Experience
Yes, we have a Centralized Placement Cell train and place the students in various regional and MNCs. visit our college. The Placement Cell of our College Act as a mediator between the recruiters and Students. 98% placement is Assured in our Institution.

Fee Structure And Facilities
The College provides transparency in fee - breakdown. They are not charging any additional fee. We have Indian Oversees Bank in our Campus, moreover, we have 7 ATMs in our Campus. We will withdraw the money and pay during the college working hours. By cash only we use to pay the fee in our college cash counter.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college conducts Arivuthiran Entrance exam for UG and PG students during their Admission. Fee Concession starts from minimum Rs.3000 to Fee Scholarship for meritorious students.
Campus Life
Our Vivekanandha Educational Institutions is Asia's Largest Women Educational Institution with 23,000 women students. We have Multi-Gym felicity in our Hostel. Our students banged many Gold medals in Sports through the support rendered by our Physical Educational Directors. Every Department has a separate club-like writers club, humour club, beach club, idea club etc. students exhibit their talents in the club activities.
Hostel Facilities
We have separate Hostel for UG and PG. Apart from that, we have Deluxe hostel too. Our Hostel wardens, Deputy wardens and Assistant wardens take care of us like Mothers. Safety and Security mean our Vivekanandha College of Arts and Sciences for Women. We have Bio-metric system for attendance. Our college operates a special bus for hostel students. During monthly holidays we reach our home safely through the special bus.
Alumni/Alumna
We have Alumnae Meeting every year and we have alumnae chapters in other cities and states. Our college conducts alumnae guest lectures in every department. Alumnae interaction and their speech inspire and motivate us.
Admission
I like Bioscience courses om my schooling onwards. I wish to become a Scientist. I wish to invent new vaccines for society. Excellent infrastructure, Free transport facility to my village, Fee concession through Arivuthiran entrance examination, College Ranking in NAAC (A-Grade), Teaching methodology adopted.
Faculty
13 Faculty members in our Department. All of them are Doctorates (PhD). Average age between 35-40. Each and every faculty members are expert in their specialization like Medical Microbiology, Food, Dairy, Industrial, Pharmaceutical, Environmental, Bioinformatics etc. Yes, our faculty members have Industrial Experience too.
