I gave 10+2, and GUJCET, I had CBSE marit rank of 34 in the state.I chose the college because it has best placements compared to other colleges in the state.

The course curriculum covers basic of the mechanical engineering with electives for specific interest at the later stage.

For internship, there was Alstom, which gave incentive of 8k per month and Coca cola, which had no incentives. The internship experience was really good and fruitful.

The placement is quite awesome,generally all the students eligible for applying gets selected at the end of the placement season. Packages vary from 200000 to 800000 with average package of 300000.

College festivals includes of Paramarsh, prerna, footprints followed by live concerts. Along with that Ganpati, Holi various days like group day, traditional day, executive dayetc, Kite festival are celebrated on big canvas.

Generally One does not require loan as the college fees were as low as 2.5k. Scholarships include of common scholarship for ST,SC,SEBC students, Along with IOCL,ABB Scholarships of whooping 80k per year.

Gender ratio was almost 1.5 boys to 1 girl. Labs were quite good, the overall campus feel was amazing. One can bunk lectures, had good library. In extracurricular activities annual events like Paramarsg, Prerna, Footprints were the highlights of the year.

The hostel fees are nominal,3k per year. Mess food is quite good. The room in hostel consists of two students. In case of PGs, it depends on area varying from 2k to 5k per month.

There are alumni groups for the whole faculty as well as for each branch. The senior's are quite helpful in your career guidance.

The faculties were highly experienced with most of them being Ph.ds.
