A College with mixed culture

Infrastructure wise not supportive for students as during our unit test there is no place to study. The faculty is not concerned with teacher they are just thinking of completing the lectures for ensuring their monthly pay.

The course structure is set by the University of Mumbai, however it is not outdated one and the main domains are not covered. They expect the student to learns new concepts by themselves hence no support is provided. The exam and labs are frequent.

The training and placement cell is working great and provide various job opportunities and internship also. Still the payscale is less and needs to be improved. But they try to ensure 100% placement of eligible student.

Horizon is the main event celebrated here which lasts for 3 days. It includes one musical concert, fashion show, dance competition and EDM night. There are two techfest each semester one meant for students and other for tech geeks

The fee structure is mixed structure. It is way feasible for the reserved candidates who also get refund for studying. The economically backward class students also have waive in fees and the students of open criteria are there main source of income.

The College offers scholarship to top 3 students from each department which is actually unfair as the student from Brach A who has secured 1st rank however his score is less than that of student of branch B who has secured 10th rank gets the scholarship.

Sports life is null here as a lot of politics is involved in sports committee. There is no infrastructure for sports. They claim stadium for students growth in sports but it actually charges more than students fees for sports activities.

The senior students are really helpful and they are friendly. We can get in touch with them through tech feats and other events. And they are actually more helpful as compared to the faculty and staff.

I appeared for MHTCET and secured 139 of 200. I was eligible for Computer Engineering brranch. I was already inclined towards the domain so I had no interest on other branches however Instrumentation, Electronics, IT, EXTC are also offered

The faculty here is not that friendly. To be honest few faculties are great not only in terms of knowledge but also with nature and friendliness , still few teachers are rude and they have ego issues.
