Best college for Engineering

There is a good mix of students from different parts of the country. Students have a very healthy atmosphere to learn and interact here. Seniors are supportive and there is no kind of ragging done here. The placement cell is very robust.

They are very close to the students. Also, they are qualified enough. They teach well and are also helpful to the students. The student to faculty ratio is well-maintained. The course curriculum is according to the Mumbai University. Overall, the faculty are very good with good experience.

The placements are very good as compare to other colleges. Most of the major company's has visited and they have given very nice packages also there is good placements for financial and marketing. Most of the IT company's has visited and has provided very remarkable packages.

The college has 3 annual fests- Tantra (for Computer/IT branch), Oscillation (ET/ELEX) and Fusion (for all branches) held each year in the month of March. PVPPCOE is one of the famous colleges in Mumbai which is popularly being identified by their recent problem. The college has undergone some serious problem such as no fee admission and all. But they are improving nowadays.

Expensive, the fee structure is good, but few students are not capable of paying that fee. At the time of joining, the fee is Rs. 67000, but for my juniors, the fee is around Rs. 100000. But government scholarship helped lots of students.

Supporting staff and also all activities happen here without fail. Yearly fest TANTA, OSCILLATION, and main FUSION are really awesome. Sports activities which are happening on campus are enjoyable. Every year lots of companies come for campus interview and select many students

The college has an average infrastructure. They have a campus, but it is too small. The canteen has cheaper rates, but there is always to place to sit in the canteen. No a/c in the classroom, but there are a/cs in the principal cabin and office room. This college is a type of school where you can't bunk the lectures.

A lot of schools have alumni networking events and mentorship programs for students and alumni to get involved with – two benefits which are the most commonly offered alumni perks. They are very helpful.

Admission is based through counselling based on rank obtained in Maharashtra Common Entrance Test (MHT-CET). Vacant seats will be filled by the institute based on the rank obtained in JEE-Mains. Candidate must have passed Diploma in Engineering and Technology and obtained at least 50% marks.

There are very few faculty members that teach well. Remaining of them are just to make money and fill the time of college. The faculty are like security where they won't allow to play on the campus as well as during college sports. I love the faculty as they check papers easily as compared to other colleges.
