Remarks

This college is number 1 college in puducherry. The placement chance is high and they give more imporatnce to the studies but they will not support the sports qnd extra curricular activities. this college is fine

Course Curriculum Overview

The course structure is good and they have conducted 3 internal exams for every semester and other than that 1 pre model and model exams will also be conducted. so it is very easy to face the semstsr exam without fear

Placement Experience

The placement in this college will be comparitively higher than the other colleges in the puducherry. Thier major recruitment company is tata consultancy services. This company will recquire more than 500 students from this college every year.

College Events

The technical events and the sympossium will be celebrated and for every 4 years they are celebrate college day and cultural programs. Other than that they will not conduct any other extra curriculam activities.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fees is little bit higher than the other colleges. it will be expensive for the students. and the bus fees will also higher other than that they will collect breakage fees and maintance fees every semester

The students who will join throungh CENTAC they will get the scholarship amount and the college management will help the students to get the scholarship amount. but they did not avail any loans for the students.

Campus Life

The college will have many labs and library , but fir sports they did not give that much importance. only they can give importance to the studies only. other than that they will not give importance to the extra curricular activities.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network and the senior passed out students will help the students and they give guest luctures and motivational speeches to the students and they are free to give space for the juniors to groom them

After completing my 12 th std i decided to choose engineering. so i prefer sri manakula vinayagar engineering college,which is number 1 in pondicherry. The results and placement records is high when compared to other colleges.

The faculty members of this college will be kind and friendly in nature. they will teaches everything apart from the sylabus,they will clear the doubts of the students without any hesitation. they are kind

Life in Pondicherry Technological University

Placement Experience:

7 th sem you are eligible if you don't have any backlogs. Like 15 companies came and made offers . The percentage of students getting into the placement by college is like 60% . My plan is to complete a master degree or to try to work in zoho company.

Information Technology this course play a major role in all MNC side and this field will never end because day by day technology is growing in our world , so that i choose this fiedl and also in this college this coures have good impact . while talking about faculty mamber and department , The department abmians was very good and cool this department have sepcific library, all faculty 's are very good in nature they can teach whenever we ask doubt , and the faculty's are well educated and have knowledge in all kind of domain every faculty's are completed PHD. totally 450 students are pursiving this coures in this college . the teaching mood in this college is completely problem solving mood and self learing method. time about sem exam is after 4 month of starting courese and in between you have internal test , ans assignment processes . difficulty of exam is medium .

As I have aimed to get addmission in st Joseph's College of engineering in Chennai in councelling. But due to some circumstances I couldn't get seat in that college. Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
