Remarks

Overall, my journey with the BIMT was pretty awesome. I learned a lot, made a lot of friends, made connections, etc. Infrastructure was pretty decent, classrooms were well furnished. But the students and people around here were very accommodating. Campus life was great, social life was awesome, cultural and gender diversity marks another distinguishing feature of our college.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

The course curriculum was decent and covered different aspects of a management program briefing us about different subjects. Initially focusing on different subjects for the first two semesters, then moving on to specialization for the third and fourth semesters. A two-month internship was also a mandatory part of our curriculum. Our program was a dual specialization program which means we could select two different specializations. Exams were held at the end of each semester.

Placement Experience

4

Placements are pretty great here. Overall, the assistance provided by the placement cell was impeccable. They organized personality and development sessions to brush up the interview skills of the students. Our college has a good placement record, overall. Most of the companies offered decent packages to the students. The average package offered was 4 LPA. In fact, one of my friends managed to secure a package of 8 LPA.

Fee Structure And Facilities

I paid INR 1,60,000 for one year. My total course fee was around 3.25 lacs which was pretty feasible for a two-year program because generally institutes charges a heavy fee for a professional program, like an MBA. The placements are also good here and overall the infrastructure was very good.

Campus Life

4.5

The freshers' party is named Drevas, which was pretty much fun. Another management event, which was even bigger in scope, was the Esperanza, organized in association with Indus school of business management. Cultural fests are also pretty good and the cultural dance performances during the performance were heartwarming. Infrastructure was pretty decent some of the buildings were made with modern architecture.

Admission

In order to get admission to the MBA program at our college, students have to apply to the official college website. Institute evaluates students on the basis of merit in academic performance. The admission process went pretty smoothly though and the administration was very friendly during the interview round.

Faculty

4.5

All of our faculty members were very experienced and had a significant amount of experience incorporate. They were teaching the subject which was directly related to their previous profile. In this way, they were able to provide us a first-hand exposure of the corporate and jobs we will be taking.

Remarks:

The college is excellent. The college is only 11 year old. According to me it will take more time to enter elite college list. IIM Rohtak has NIRF ranking of 23, which is far better than older established colleges. This is a positive sign and I am sure college will grow in leaps and bounds in coming years.
