Course Curriculum Overview

4.5

I pursued a PGDM course and it was a 2-year trimester based course. The course curriculum of our college is good. They offer specialization in various areas and I opted for Marketing. The exams were conducted at the end of every 6 semesters.

Placement Experience

4.5

Around 80-90% of the students are placed every year. Companies like HDFC Bank, Berger, OYO, IndusInd Bank, etc. are the top recruiter. The highest salary package offered was Rs.13.8 LPA and the average was Rs.5.52 LPA. They also provide internships with a stipend of around Rs.6000.

College Events

5

We celebrated various events in our college. We have sports events once every month and at the end of every month, parties were organized for relaxation. We had fresher parties, Halloween parties, etc. and so many more.

Loan/ Scholarship Provisions

Our college provides scholarships for meritorious students. Students who have score toppers marks in the entrance exam during the admission can avail of the scholarships. Students who have a score of 60% or above can avail of the scholarships from Rs.30K to Rs.75K.

Campus Life

5

We had sports events conducted once every month, different types of clubs to join, freshers parties, Halloween parties, inter-house competition, month-end parties, workshops, seminars, etc and so many other extracurricular activities were organized in our college.

Hostel Facilities

4.5

The infrastructure of the hostels is good. I opted for the girls' hostel, they also provide boys hostel. The total fee for the hostel in a year cost Rs.60000 only excluding the electrical bill. The hostel was well facilitated with purified drinking water, wifi, well-furnished rooms, etc.

Admission

My admission was done on the entrance exam mode. I took the MAT exams then, registered and fill out the form online. After that, I took the JKBS-WAT (written aptitude test), followed by the Group discussion and lastly, I went through a personal interview.
