Remarks

Our college has a good infrastructure and campus life was also good. Facilities like a good library, computer labs, girls hostel, boys hostel, etc, were provided. I had a lot of fun during the activities organized in our college as well.

Course Curriculum Overview

The course curriculum of our college was in tune with the requirements of the corporate world and I opted for Human Resource Management as my specialized area from the second year of the course. The exams were held at the end of every semester.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fees for the course as a whole were ?62,800 only, quite nominal. And it includes the tuition fees of ?12000 for the first and second year and also the other fees of ?21400 in the 1st year and ?17400 in the second year. The fees for our college was feasible.

Campus Life

Our college organized various extracurricular activities like important festivals celebrations, freshers day celebrations, cultural events, technical fest, etc. Our college has an anti-ragging committee. So, ragging is strictly prohibited in our college.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of our college is good. Both the alumni and the seniors in our college were very helpful for us, they guide us, give us information about the college. And especially the hostel mate seniors were very supportive of us, they gave us their old books and notes. So, I am very thankful for that too.

Admission

The admission was strictly based on the OJEE entrance exam. I took this OJEE exam and I was selected and I went through national counseling in which I chose this college and then I fill out the form online. After a few days, my application form was shortlisted and my admission was granted.

Faculty

The professors at our college were great. They were very interactive and some of them were very friendly to us. They were the reason why our college has a good reputation and I know that they also work really hard and I really respect them for that.

My experience in IMIT

I had applied for a total of 10 colleges as I didn't secure much good rank in OJEE (1800). In 3rd allotment, I got a seat in IMIT. They take admissions through quota but I had joined in the general category. They just consider the OJEE rank for admission. After 2nd allotment you have to book a seat by depositing 10000 else you won't get the chance to apply for the 3rd round.
