Course Curriculum Overview

Our college is affiliated to the BPUT University and we followed the course curriculum of the university. We studied core courses in the 1st and the 2nd semesters and elective courses in the 3rd and 4th semesters. The course curriculum was good and well structured.

Placement Experience

The placement of our college was good, average and a number of big companies like Spandana Sphoorthy Finance Ltd, Everest Industries Ltd, Ways2Capital, etc. were our recent frequently visited companies.

College Events

Our college celebrated fresher's day, festivals like Diwali celebrations, Ganesh Puja celebrations, annual cultural fest, etc. and many more important events were celebrated in our college and it was a great experience, hope they could organize more.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The total fee for the first academic year was ?33,400 and it cost ?29,400 for the second academic year of the course. And so, the grand total of the course cost ?62,800 only. In my opinion, our college was very affordable and feasible.

Hostel Facilities

I opted for the hostel while I was studying in this college and there is a separate hostel for boys and girls. The total fee for a year costs around Rs.18,000. The rooms were spacious and 3 students can share one room. The hostels were well facilitated and well-maintained.

Admission

Graduation degree in any discipline with a minimum of 50% marks can apply for the admission. And my admission was based on the Odisha OJEE entrance exam and I was shortlisted and I attended the counseling and I chose this college to pursue the MBA course.

Faculty

We have a total of 17 faculty members in our particular MBA department. They make notes for us and guide us whenever we need guidance. They were very supportive of us, we can ask them our doubts freely, which was great.

As it is under biju pattanak university of technology, rourkela affiliated soo the course curriculum is from bput syllabus and this is the syllabus where is cover total the real word application. And course caruculm is very real to university.because of pratical and other course is based on real worlds this is good to choose.i will suggest the theory class and pratical class should be more improved.as this is a good and reputation college in Bhubaneswar soo the smarts board and 3d or 2d animation should be used in engineering department course.good time for study and research soo i will say this is moderate difficulty level

I appeared for MAT (90 percentile) and CAT (80 percentile). I preferred this college as I heard a lot about this college from the alumni and checked the ratings too. The course structure is different than other colleges so I found it interesting. The college faculty is well experienced. The course is different from other colleges.

My experience in IMIT

I had applied for a total of 10 colleges as I didn't secure much good rank in OJEE (1800). In 3rd allotment, I got a seat in IMIT. They take admissions through quota but I had joined in the general category. They just consider the OJEE rank for admission. After 2nd allotment you have to book a seat by depositing 10000 else you won't get the chance to apply for the 3rd round.
