Remarks

I enjoyed my stay at the AGBS. I made a lot of friends and shared lots of good memories. We learned a lot from our faculty members both personally and professionally. Infrastructure was great and the curriculum helped me establish a solid base for my career and the healthy and lively atmosphere helped me grow as a person.

Course Curriculum Overview

5

Our course curriculum was pretty detailed and informative. I learned about the financial management program in detail since it was my specialization. It was carefully curated by some of the experts in the fields. The final evaluation was done on the basis of internal assessment, summer internship report, and semester-end exams.

Placement Experience

4.5

Placements were just okayish in our college and still had a lot of room for improvement. Though, the assistance we received from the staff was impeccable. Coca Cola, ITC, Wipro are some of the top brands which visit our campus. Currently, I am working as a consultant in an MNC and pretty satisfied with this college.

Fee Structure And Facilities

My total course fee was around 6.8 lacs, which was pretty expensive. Thankfully there was a loan facility available with the college, which I availed. On an annual basis, I paid 3.2 lacs and 3.6 lacs, respectively. Later I got a fee concession on the basis of merit. The cafeteria and canteen were all pretty cost-effective and budget-friendly, though.

Alumni/Alumna

Our Alumni association is pretty active and takes care of a number of activities like Digitization, Infrastructure, PR, Social Responsibility, Connect with Alumni, Connect with Industry & Curriculum Development. Alumni, on the other hand, work towards improving the placements, though very few are dedicated towards this initiative.

Admission

I applied to the college with my MAT exam scores and academic details and personal details. Then I was called for an interview with the HOD of the department. He asked some basic questions related to my graduation, and how an MBA degree fits in my future plans. After that, they asked me to submit the fee.

Faculty

5

Faculty was pretty supportive and helped us be industry-ready. We shared nice chemistry with them. Most of the learning was through assignments, ppt, case studies, etc. The case study analysis actually helped us in better understanding the real-life issues faced by the companies.

Placement Experience:

1) students become eligible for placements just after they complete their second semester examinations 2) only local companies visited to our colleges such as per Pooja, weblink services etc which were very small scale local organisations offering very poor packages to the students 3) the average package that my batch got was 2.lakhs per annum and the highest was 6 lpa where before admission the college claimed the average packages to be 6lpa and Highest to be above 10lpa 4) the percentage of students getting placed is not more than 10-15% 5)my plans after getting the degree is to look for better companies outside my college because my college hasn't been helpful in terms of placements in any manner .

College is almost good .this for those who want only masters but no placement .if you also want to get placed in any company need only degree ur welcome. The management is worst the nonteaching staff doesn't know how to talk with students especially the admission office. I here declare whatever I have seen and suffered I presented my view about this college to you, not it's your choice to go to heaven like symbiosis or choose hell. I was misguided and helpless so I came here means I got fewer marks in a snap so please students appear for snap sincerely.
