Remarks

The infrastructure of our college was good and beautiful. The campus-like was also amazing, it is a wifi-enabled campus, and we have a huge library packed with books, different types of games facilities, canteen, etc. My experience at this college was great.

Course Curriculum Overview

The MBA course was affiliated to Dibrugarh University, so we followed the course curriculum of it. They offer dual specialization areas and so, I chose Marketing and Small Business and Entrepreneurship. The exams were held every semester.

Placement Experience

The placement cell in our college works hard to place a number of students and more than 90% of the students were placed. The average salary package offered was around Rs.6 LPA. I did not try for the placement, I started my own small apparel shop business.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The grand total cost of our college was ?1.75 Lakhs. I think the fee structure of our college was feasible and affordable. The tuition fees of each 4 semesters cost ?40000, other fees of ?5200 & admission fees of ?10000 paid only once in the first semesters.

Hostel Facilities

Our college has 5 hostels provided for the students. The total fees for a year cost Rs.25 Lakhs. The hostel was well furnished with beds, study tables, cupboards, etc. All the rooms were sharing rooms, but the rooms spacious and tidy.

Alumni/Alumna

The alumni network of our college was good. The alumni still keep in touch with the college, they were always welcome to attend the programs or events organized. The seniors were also very friendly and supportive of us. There is no ragging in our college.

Admission

My admission was based on the entrance exam, the MAT entrance exam and I fill out the application form online with all the required information. And after my application was shortlisted, I attended the Group Discussion and then, I went through a personal interview.

Placement Experience:

Students become eligible for placements at 3rd semester and there are some good companies like ambuja cement and wipro etc giving placements for my course the percentage of students getting placement in quite high compared to other universities.

Placement Experience:

RGU has a very good and active placement cell. The placement starts coming from the last second semester onwards. Many big companies such maruti suzuki arena, the airport authority of India, unschool, duraroof, etc come for placement. The average package ranges from 7 to 8 lakhs. Approx 70% of students get placed during the placement process. After getting the degree I also hope of working in one of the reputed companies of India.

Our college is one of the best colleges in Assam for management studies. The infrastructure and the campus were huge, it was located 12 km away from the city. The campus life was great and facilities like wifi in classrooms, transport facilities, canteen, etc. were provided.

NERIM Days, the best days of Lifetime

NERIM having the best infrastructure during the period in 2007 and having it upgraded till now. The campus is amazing and quite homely. It was more like a school environment and fully disciplined. All the faculty members as well other staffs are very pleasant and helpful. They guide every new entree on every aspect. During the days in 2007, one common entrance test was held for admission. Students had to sit for the test and qualify for the same. For courses like BBA or MBA, NERIM holds an outstanding image and value for the students. The affiliation from Dibrugarh University, one of the top universities in Assam, has an unique quantity itself. Students from various regions of the state as well some other states are filled in the campus which gives everyone an opportunity to learn new things and cultures and behavior.
