Average college with low placement

There is a good coordination, no partiality, no ragging & the education is provide is not expected in laboratories in which equipment are damaged. No one changed them. So practical knowledge is zero. placement is also not upto the mark.

B. Tech MECHANICAL is a 4-year undergraduate engineering course on practical and theoretical knowledge of Physics, Maths and its applications. The minimum eligibility for this course requires passing class 12th/ Higher Secondary Examination in Physics, Mathematics, chemistry and English with a minimum of 50% marks.

Placements in the college are good, especially for CS, IT, and EC branches. Companies such as Capital Via, Tech Mahindra, Astu CS, Webkul, etc. visited the college for placements. The average salary package offered was 2 to 3 lacs per annum. Most of the placements are in the IT sector, and even students of core branches got placed in the IT sector. No any good company came for core branches.

Three major fests are conducted every year which are Spardha (sports fest), Fusion (cultural fest), and Tech fest (technical fest). The fusion i. e. cultural fest is totally based on the mood of chairman of the college. from 2015 to 2019 only one time cultural fest is organised.

fee structure is feasible. The course fee for B. Tech at GNIOT are INR 120, 170 per annum. The fee structure for M. Tech ranges from INR 114, 670 per annum. MBA course fee ranges from INR 134, 200 per annum.

The college does not provide any kind of scholarship to students though I was told that early 5 students in each branch were given relaxation of entire tuition fees. However students can avail state government scholarship like UP goverment scholarship and bihar government scholarship.

Not yet anything. Everything is almost perfect and really having a great life around here. Gender ratio is good and they have healthy relationship with each other. Lack of good director in terms of problem solving, Lack of extra curricular activities, Lack of exposure. management is also not good.

senior students is not much helpful as expected. Alumni Network helps us get gudiance and help at the various stages during our stay in the college or after the passout from the college. but in GNIOT there is lack of proper interaction between seniors.

GNIOT offers various courses like PGDM, Pharmacy, MBA and Engineering, admission is granted on the basis of first come first serve. The candidate should note that it is important that they check there eligibility first hand before filling the application form.

There are highly skilled faculty members, and the course curriculum is mostly balanced. Faculty members are quite supportive and well-trained, and we can learn a lot from them while doing projects under their guidance. Teachers are excellent with immense knowledge of the topic, and the courses are well-planned.
