Admission

From my childhood, i have an aim that is to become an agricultural scientist.for that from my childhood i like science subject especially interested on biology in which botany which deals with plants, so for that also for my 11th standard i choose course BPC which includes biology and after the completion of 12th standard i write entrance exam named EAMCET and I scored max 104 and I get a seat in the college. In all over India there plenty of Agriculture colleges are there but out of all PJTSAU has good ranking in acadmics and in all aspects so that i choose this college to complete my graduation in my favorite course. for admission to college the basic is to pass in 12th standard. for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh students they should compulsory passed in intermediate which equivalent to 12th standard in BPC course, and for national or all states students they have an entrance exam called ICAR CET which held every year by the ICAR. Whereas for Telangana and Andhra Pradesh students have a common entrance exam called EAMCET, Based on merit and reservation the seats in the college allotted for local candidates through EAMCET have a reservation of 80%for ICAR 20% reservation.

Generally, the campus placements here are good when compared to the other agricultural universities. The highest was around 1000000 and the average was around 400000. Generally, the students are eligible for campus placements from the end of the 6th semester onwards. like one of the companies like Anmol media, cpshpl, naandis association of urban farmers, etc. Most of the students were placed in my senior batch. They made around 30 offers. The percentage was around 91 in getting placements. After completing my course I will get a BSc in agriculture degree to my name. The companies that came for the campus placements here are good.
