Remarks
Our college is almost perfect one in all the aspects as per my opinion because it has always helped students to overcome there fears and make a great position for themselves. And our principal updates us about all the activities being held in our college.
Course Curriculum Overview
Ours is a VTU institute and the courses allotted are really very interesting along with academics students are exposed to technical fests like VTU fest college conferences like in our college we have DELTA a technical fest cultural fests like Mallika and Ethnic Day and forums are conducted weekly in our department to expose skills and talents of students
Placement Experience
Placement number in our college is increasing actively since from a decade and our placement officer efficiently approach companies to conduct hiring process in our college and students are provided with very good training in Business skills, Soft skills and Aptitude skills. Our college doesn't provide training but supports effectively to get internship in various organisations like Production Industries.
College Events
There are many events held in our college in the odd semester we will be having Ethnic Day, Forum inauguration, Blood camp in even semester we celebrate Mallika a technical cum cultural event, DELTA a technical inter-college event, International and National conferences many more.
Fee Structure And Facilities
We are supposed to pay as follows CET Fees = 55000/- College fee for the 1st year = 30000/- College fee for next 3 years = 15000/- I think fee is feasible to pay since it doesn't even cross a lakh and it's possible to pay through installment which is a great support by our college.
Fees and Financial Aid
Our college supports only one scholarship per student students belonging to other than sc and St category are provided with Vidyasiri Scholarship a sum of 19500/- is given to students and our college doesn't provide any type of loan to students
Campus Life
Many extracurricular activities are held as I have mentioned in the above answer Ethinic day on which we represent different cast and groove of our nation, Workshops to enhance students knowledge practically under the guidance of chiefs and experts of that particular subjects, many sports competition and leagues are held like GPL (GMIT PRIMIER LEAGUE), Football matches and many more, Weekly Forums are held, Mallika a cultural event is held wherein many competitions takes place like Mehandi, Face-painting, Rangoli, Dance, Singing many more.
Hostel Facilities
I didn't opted for college hostel I used to stay in government hostel there I need not pay any type of fees but the facilities they provide are very poor we don't get good quality food and no cots in the rooms which is the greatest problem.
Alumni/Alumna
I didn't came across any alumni meets during my course period since now but our senior students helps us in all aspects by supporting in arranging events for academic notes we approach our seniors and they help us fluently.
Admission
I got seat to my college through KCET and I was asked to confirm my allotted college asap and after that we were asked to pay the fee amount of 55000/- rupees through challlen and report college to complete admission process I was basically interested in the field of biology hence it made me to join biotechnology branch for my graduate studies and I am satisfied with my choice of biotechnology and I am learning it with satisfaction
Faculty
In our college I have noticed that the faculties are appointed in keen way every faculty is a master degree holder and each department has more than two PhD holders and Doctorates all the faculties help us educationally as well as supportively and their behaviour of friendliness helps students to approach them easily and effectively
