Remarks

The college provides an excellent infrastructure for students and the team of faculties is constantly striving to enhance the teaching patterns

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The architectural course is a very detailed 5-year course, where all the necessary aspects are covered. TSAP, as an institute, has ensured to bring about interesting ways to enhance the learning process and ensure that students gain knowledge in a better way.

Placement Experience

3

Currently, the architectural field does not have any placement procedure. However TSAP is trying to build itself in this aspect. There is a dedicated team of teachers and student representatives working on the same.

College Events

3

TSAP is very active for extra-curricular activities as well. It hosts a three-day fest every year which is organized and run by the students. Other than that there are several one-day celebrations organized by students and witnesses participation of all maximum faculties, students and others.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is a little above being feasible. However, the quality of infrastructure and learning covers up for it. Students are ensured a good and comfortable experience. A basic break down of the fee structure is given to students if they ask.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are certain government scholarships as well as private scholarships based on merit. The college has an in-charge for the same who will guide the students through the entire process. Up till now there has not been any case where a scholarship has been issued from the institute itself.

Campus Life

4.5

The campus holds 3 institutes and hence has a very lively environment. There is a lot of interaction amongst these institutes in the form of college fests, workshops or similar. This helps the students get to interact with anyone and everyone and learn new things.

Alumni/Alumna

There is a very strong bond that forms across batches throughout the 5 year course. Students get many opportunities to interact with their seniors and learn from them. A lot of these bonds continue even in the professional front after the course ends.

Admission

Admission in this college is followed as per the DTE admission procedure. The students need to fill an application for admission with the DTE admission department, who later issued a list of all applicants. This procedure is followed by a series of CAP rounds where students have the opportunity to select the college of their choice as per availability as and when their turn arrives. The students can approach any in-charge for more insight into the process during their time.

Faculty

3.5

The faculties are helpful in many ways as the manage to maintain an informal atmosphere among the students. This makes them very much approachable in case of any queries regarding academics. There are both full-time faculties and visiting faculties who share their knowledge in various ways. The institute also holds a lot of guest lectures from the professional front to enhance the knowledge input.

Course Curriculum Overview:

The frequency of exam is twice a semester and good enough. Guest lectures are good and helpful for the future preparation. There must be a change in teaching styles of the faculty and more site based experiments through the course for better understanding than only in class studies , the beauty of historical buldings made me wonder about this course

Course Curriculum Overview:

I chose the architectural course because I love designing buildings. The teachers were good, and there weren't too many students in each class. They knew a lot about architecture and taught us in different ways, like drawing and going to see real buildings. The exams were fair and not too hard, but you had to study. Overall, I liked the course and learned a lot about architecture.

Placement Experience:

There is no campus placement for architecture students. After completion of the degree, one can apply for jobs or opt for masters. Architects get an average starting salary of 20-25 thousand. The course is pretty expensive including college fees and printing prices. One can also open a private firm and earn enough money. There are very few open students getting placed. My plans after getting a degree are to apply for masters. For a teaching job, one must complete masters.
