Remarks

Mess food is really bad you there is no use of complaining.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

Architecture is a challenging course which needs requires one to work really hard at every stage of the designing and learning process If you are not interested in this subject I would suggest you not to take this your option because I know several people who left the course as it is not for everyone. This course is completely industry-specific as it deals with the design and construction process of everything in the public Only a few industrial visits are organized by the department but you could just go for site visit by yourself This is a course that requires one to do a lot of self-learning and homework to improve one's skills.

Placement Experience

5

Architecture does not require any placement as it lets you start your own firm after graduation.

College Events

4

Every event in India is celebrated.lije Holi, Diwali, dasshera, Maha Shivaratri, Onam. And also college fests such as cultural fests, technical fests, sports fests and many more. The college fun culture is really good and also many colleges participate in our events

Fee Structure And Facilities

It's according to category and income of the parent, It is categorized as below Sc/st 33000 per annum Obc 33000 per annum Gen 90000 per annum Nri 500000 per annum The mess food is really bad and charges a lot around 32000 per semester. The fee is really high for such bad quality food

Fees and Financial Aid

Yes, scholarships are provided to students in the OBC and sc/st category of different regions. And also different scholarships of each state.

Campus Life

5

There are students from every region of India as it's a college of national importance. Every extracurricular activity is available at the college such as sports, different clubs such as literary clubs, mechanical clubs, environment clubs. You'll have enough activities to keep yourself busy.

Hostel Facilities

2.5

The room rent including water and electricity is 1000. Which is pretty cheap per semester But the mess fee is 22000 per semester is really high for very bad quality food and also only vegetarian meals is available even though students come from different parts of the country.

Alumni/Alumna

Senior is very cooperative and they do help when required. They assist in different activities and competitions.

Admission

I always had an interest in designing and drawing my ideas which led me to pursue architecture as my degree.

Faculty

3.5

Around 30 classes per week which include studio work, lectures and site visits. Teachers are super old and grumpy but they are experts in their works. The teachers are highly qualified from India's finest institutes and they do show their quality in their teaching

It is one of the top architectural colleges we have in west region. I don’t have issues with college other than the faculties they hire but major problem is with the curriculum ( course) which should include more practical knowledge than theoretical knowledge.

The area of the college is not that vast. Its not the college u dream of. You have to work regularly as you work in school. You also get a good amount of homework. Basically you are away from the life you expect. Accommodation facility ie hostel is also not that good.
