Course Curriculum Overview

3

I personally chose my profession to be an architect It's an very interesting, stressfull and lot of load subject I was influenced by the south indian temple architecture for pursuing my career as an architect The curriculum provided by the campus is somewhere stands in moderate. Because they are still work on sheets and old drafting methods where the real world is working on softwares 1 and 2nd year , the students are made to submit their designs giving them drafted sheets instead of they should have been focused on teaching students about softwares and helping them to expertise in softwares . The college and the campus creates a nice environment for this course due to some good batchmates with you The type of exam they give will be relevant for some subjects and for some it's not .

Internships Opportunities

3

I'm from 1 st year , now completed and came to second year and I haven't access any internship from college side but from my senior I have worked for them and earned a little money, gaining experience and knowledge under them

Placement Experience

4

For architecture students its in 10 th sem and For Btech students its in 8 th sem For architecture they are LandT Asian Paints Pinnacle and some other too Packages offered was 14 Lpa 9 Lpa 6 Lpa Highest package was 14 LPA And lowest was 5 LPA And the average was around 7 Lpa Almost 90 percent got placed My plans after getting degree is to get placement and get experience and start on your own

Fees and Financial Aid

Fees are paid semester wise But the fees I'm referring down will be as per year schedule Tution fees - 125000/ year Caution fees - 16600 only 1st sem is paid Registration fees - 2000/year ( 1000/sem) Institutional fee - 42900/year ( 21450/sem) Institutional fee includes fees like sports , gym , lab fees , placement fee , library fee , wifi fee , alumini fee , fest fees , development fees Insurance fee - 787/year And other , there can be remission claimed on the basis of annual income of the family Below 100000 - Complete tution fees will be remissioned That is 62500/sem or 125000/year Below 500000 - 20800 should be paid by student per sem and 41600 per year This is official remission scheme given by the college And other external scholarships can be accessed as per eligibility

Campus Life

4

As I told before the campus is well maintained with some good green lushes can be seen in campus The library fee is collected and it is well kept , you'll get to access anybook inside the library with your I'd card They are having a lot of books which is needed for students, they are having books of every field which is mandatory The facilities they provide good , during summer time. Where heat is lot , they have golf cart for students inside campus they can access it any time and it'll be free The new lecture hall is well kept and maintenaned and is very goodd ,but the department are old The campus includes 2 sports ground cricket and football and then basketball, volleyball, kabaddi , badminton, gym , table tennis, yoga have their respective grounds or halls They don't have much well kept sports equipments They are many clubs where students are allowed to be part of it

Hostel Facilities

3

For 1 st years the occupancy of 3 in a room will be alloted with a socket, light , fan, a table , a chair , and a bed with a cupboard From 2nd year there'll be a change in hostel , students may get a single or double occupancy They are 8 old hostels and 2 new hostels and 1 under construction hostel The government mess for hostels provide good food and some private mess hostels food are worst Everything should be done in their official erp portal and should register for hostel their itself and pay the fees

Admission

I applied for this based on nirf rankings and actually I was wishing to get this college, I was trying for nit Rourkela, nit Trichy but because of my ranking i wasn't able to get a seat in those colleges and as in my choice filling after those 2 colleges , I had filled mnit Jaipur as 3rd preference and my rank was good enough to secure a seat in this college Admission process is to write jee barch exam and apply for josaa counselling by filling your choices and wait for rounds to get your seat , once you get any seat in choices you'll be allowed to accept that seat or freeze that seat and move to next round for better college in your choices

Faculty

3

For every subject we'll be having a faculty with the PhD student for them to assist, I think it is a very good for the students It is usually good with some of the faculties in the department, having maintenaning good relationship and with others it's a normal student and teacher . Some of the faculties of civil department is very and some are too bad with bad teaching techniques Architectural department has some best staffs and some worst The best is HOD and 2/3 other fellows and the some are moderate and very co operative and some are too bad The good one's push you towards yours things and show up our responsibilities Rest are only cared about academics not about the knowledge About Exam 2 exams will be conducted in entire sem One is mid sem and the other is end sem Mid sem hold less percentage of grade compare to send sem.

Interview Experience

3

As everyone know we should write jee exam for joining NITs and for architecture we should write jee barch exam. After getting results of that , we should apply for josaa counselling, and fill up our choice according to our order and wait for result And I took online coaching for this

Night Life

4

There are 3 canteens inside the campus for the students 1 is central canteen - which will be open from 9am to 7 pm 2 is night canteen boys hostel - it will be open from 11 am to 2 am 3 is night canteen girls hostel - it Will be open from 11 am to 2 am Boys are allowed to roam in campus at anytime but girls have restricted time that they should be in their hostel within 10pm So for boys the campus itself is a hangout place It is very safe to roam inside the campus because there'll be some many guards inside the campus during day and night

There are not so much is bad things for college.Experience is unforgettable.one fine day when you see pictures from the college of you and your friends having a good time, you’ll definitely land up smiling silently. That’s the beauty of college life. It stays with you long after you’ve climbed those ladders of success and forgotten the name of that cute crush you used to drool over.
