College review

The college in my opinion is avereage. It is very good in somethings but not in everything. The faculty members are very helpful in every thing. Though I have not much to about this topic. But I can say it is worthy to study here.

The course curriculum is balanced. Though I have just finished my 1st semester I can say that course structure is really well planned. At 1st semester there is also two extra classes which is based on improving your personality and communication skills. The lab classes were held every alternative days. There are mainly two exams the sessional exam and the end semester. Class tests were also held almost ever two weeks.

I have been studying here from only about 6 months now so i dont have much knowledge about the Internships , job offers or placements. But every years the students get job offers and placments. The college also provides internships.

In a years there are mainly two events very nicely. The first is the foundation day which is held in February. And don't have much knowledge about it cause this is my first year. The second event is the freshers which celebrated in october after the admission of 1st semester. They organise it in the campus. Chief guests are invited, speeches are delivered, Mr & Miss freshers competition, a buffet at lunch, and music shows.

The fees structure of my course is Rs25000 per semester. The admission fees is 15000 which paid one time during the 1st semester admission along with semester fee. This includes books for every subjects, uniform, library, etc.

Extracurricular activities like sports, music, writing skills, etc are held. There is also a football team team which plays occasionally and wins almost every game they play. Also sports in IIT guwahati and Reliance are organised and every one can participate.

Though I dont't stay in hostel but I known about the hostels. There are three(not sure) hostels two for boys and one for girls. For boys the hostel fee is Rs5000 pm. The infrastructure is also good. Food and other facilities are average. The student much enter the hostel before 7pm. Before going to home an application much be provided to the authorities.

The seniors in the institute are very helpful and cheerfull. At the first day they took our intro in a very polite way. We have very much respect for them. They behaves like they are our friends not as seniors.

Since childhood i was very fond of computers and technology. So according to it I chosed this college which is very good in this course compared to other colleges in the city. For admission I went to the Institute after my result was out. They asked me my maths marks. If u pass in maths thats enough for you to get a sit. After that I filled some forms and after payment I got addmission.

The facultt is very good. All the teacher are PHD holders and very well experienced. They are very professional im there subjects. The way of interaction is very good. They are very helpful all the time especially the class teacher.
