College is good in every aspects. And management works 24/7 to provide a best facilities. New shifted campus has fulfilled all the dreams of students. Management is very supportive as well as responsive towards your quires. I would say no complaining.

I Had given IIT-JEE (Joint entrance exam) to take admission in IIT gn. My AIR was 1500. Undoubtedly everyone's dream is to take admission into IIT. I was little lucky to get into it. JEE exams are mandatory to get admission into any IITs. They conduct a counseling program once year result is announce. There is no any interview procedure for B.TECH degree. And of course there no other option in front of IITs.

My branch is Mechanical . For all branches the curriculum is almost same. Final exam timing, Assignment,practicals. But yes study about it changes with the subjects. 8 semester in B.tech course each of 6 months. Final exams and viva and practicals to pass the semester. But yes the curriculum for mechanical is to submit design sheet, Draft drawing and all is to be done at specific time but don't worry enough provided for each task but ensure you are punctual.

The institute has collaborations with many foreign institutes providing students great internship opportunities of working at best institutes and companies across the world. I took my internship at Bearing cages company located at ahmedabad. And there is lots of opportunity to take internship and at the time college has created a special cell to inquire about internship. Generally 15K stipend offered during internship. Time duration depends upon a project but generally 4/5 months.

IIT GN students have been placed in a number lucrative companies. Placements was not that much better as compared to others iits. As IIt gn established 7/8 years ago and its campus was in VGEC CHANDKHEDA. but as of now it is shifted to new campus a lots of opportunity of placements. Recently visited companies Bharat Petroleum Corporation Ltd. (BPCL), Microsoft IT, Hyderabad, Oil and Natural Gas Corporation (ONGC), India. One97 Communication Ltd., Gurgaon. They offer around 9/10 lakh per year so its good one. For ONGs it was 8 for tata moter 7 so arounf 9/10 lakh and most of companies takes on avg. 3/4 students.

Two main events which are celebrated every year are 1) Amalthia and 2) Blithchron. Other includes Hallabol ,Ignite ,Jashn , TEDx , Winter Carnation. And also sports event every year between others iits. Amalthea is the annual technical summit of IITGN. Blithchron, the two-day cultural festival of IITGN. Events are the part of curriculam and are organished on a very big stages and great artist performed over there.

Fee structure is not much expensive if you are not capable to pay institute have also loan option from different bank they will provide you a education loan. as a iit slandered it cost around 1.5 lakh per year including hostel and education but its a worth of paying. many banks tie ups with iit to pay a loan.

Scholarship to social backwards are given and also for girls students. Most of them distributed on merit bases. I also got scholarship from central govt. CSSS for scoring amongs 1% top students. Around 10k given per month.

A marvelous campus life. That includes no difference between boyz and girls or on region based. All students organizing every events and working like a team. Girls are about 38% of total strength. all are doing their without any obstacles includes a late night bday parties to celebration of indian cultural events they all participate equally in patriotic events also. No violence till now reported. Hence a campus of peace.

Hostel facility is available for everyone. In new campus they build a superb structure of hostel with full modern amenities. Personal room for every students and security guard at gates. Sweeper to clean rooms and bathroom everyday. Mineral water availabl

Alumni are very supportive they are always present to help you regarding any query. IIT GN alumnis all over world and u can easily interact with them also. They proud you a full guidance acroding to their expiernce. Seniors are helpful during exams to give imps and topic learning.

Mid Semester Exam, End Semester Exam, Make-up-Examination, Grades Submission of Make-up Exams. Hence time table is very simple and dont makes bur done on you. And i dont think so about hectic becoz labs practicle are very intresting. and faculty gives you
