College with good values

Be as it may but the college is quite good as there isn't any hard and fast rule of attendance in the College so we get the time to build our cv properly. I don't know if I would have survived in a college with a strictly 75% attendance.

The curriculum is kind of old but good enough to be corporate-ready. The exam structure is credit-based and is dependent on the mid-semester tests and the end-semester exams. There are 3 msts and one end sem every sem. From which 2 msts and 1 end sem constitution the final credits.

The placements are decent ranging from 5LPA to 30 LPA. The college provides only a select few internships with a stipend of 4000 pm not really great tbh. The students that are placed in companies get internships from the companies themselves and that internship counts as the training.

There are 2 main fests and 2 smaller events in our College. The 2 main fests comprising of the tech fest Invento and central India's largest cultural fest Aakshank where nearly 10000 people come every year. The smaller events are the engineer's day celebration and Garba night.

The fee structure is quite feasible at around 74k a year. This is to be paid in 2 installments of 40k and 34k in two semesters. The fees can either be paid via the challan or via the net banking portal on the mp online site.

There are various scholarships available such as the medhavi chhatra scholarship or the obc scholarship or the sc scholarship or the st scholarship these are the ones that I am currently aware of as of this moment.

The gender ratio is quite bad at around 70:30 boys: girls. The labs are just for the sake of having them as not more than 5 or 6 labs take place in a semester. The sports ate handled by the UTD and are concerned for all the inter-college sports activities.

The seniors are really helpful, they provide us with all the previous year's question papers and also give us the tips and tricks required to face the facilities which we are about to encounter. The alumni help in organizing the cultural fest.

It was the second-best government college in my state. So naturally, without having any interest in engineering I took admission to this college as there were no UG colleges for game dev in Indore. So yeah the main reason for me choosing this college were the two mentioned above.

The facilities are quite qualified because they are teaching in a government college. A few of them are really good at teaching. Some have knowledge but suck at teaching but a select few neither have the knowledge nor are they good at teaching.
