College Review. Great environment but can be better in research.

I have a mixed reviews. Infrastructureis very poor. Research environment needs to be improved else everything is fine. Workshops and induction ceremony are organised in regular basis. Fest and events are great here.

Course curriculum is good. Labs are not up to the mark. Infrastructure needs improvement. New academic building is yet to innaugrate which is too good. Most faculties are good except some. Class rooms need improvement.

Placement opportunities are good. Maybe like top NITs. Most of them get placed by good companies like Tata, Amazon, Oracle, Wipro, etc. IT and CSE are top most branch when it comes in job opportunities followed by ECE and EEE.

There are many events in our College. Our technical fest Ojass is one of the largest Techno fest in Eastern India. Fests like Urja, Culfest, etc. also happens in very huge cause. Almost all Indian sports tournaments are organised here.

Fee is feasible. Approx 1.5 lakh per annum Hostel fees is approx 25500 Tution fee is approx 70000 And mess fee is 15000 The course fee is feasible when compared to rest of the engineering institutions.

National Scholarship portal provides scholarship for students. SBI NIT also provides Loan whereas NIT provides fee compensation for poor students in their tution fee. Loans availability is very easy here.

Sports, political debates, workshops, parties are happened in a great fashion. Labs are not good whereas sex ratio is a matter of concern. Religion, Race discrimination is not there. College environment is very good.

Hostels are good with good infrastructure and facilities. Food is bad. 7/10 by me for only food else very good hostel. Newly built and 24 hours LAN facility with first aid facility. PG students get more facilities

Seniors are interactive and very helpful. They provide regular workshops for us and help us in every small to bugger issues. Ragging is almost negligible. Seniors are friendly to their juniors in every way.

By qualifying JEE Main. I admitted through HS quota. Counselling is done by jossaa. Approx 10 lakh students participate in jee every year. Admission are done through rank one get in jee. Then for registration process, we need to go to the reporting center.

Some are decent with very good attitude and some are below average. Almost all teachers completes the course on time but few able to make the doubt clear. All are doctorate degree holders from reputed universities.
