Basic review

Overall the college is good but teachers are not well qualified. Professor Uday kumar Sinha is good. Without him the college will collapse. no one will take admission. so i request to check if uday sir is there or not.

The courses are average.The syllabus do not cover upto to marks topics topics are very basic and exam structure is also not so good.yes,but the labs awesome.It has a high speed ethernet connection number of computers is sufficiant for 50 students.Working hour is quite tiring.as it starts from 10.20 and sum ups at 3.40.You will not get extra time for anyother work rather than classes.

To be honest,you can not depend on this college for placements as they dont pay companies to visit for on-campus hiring.If you want to get a job, you should develop your skills and try for off-campus drives that would be much better.

Many events are celebrated but not on a bigger scale.Jhumar is a cultural program which held every year and students from all the colleges of the university take part.Our college genrelly stands 1st or 2nd.

The fee structure is not much expensive.A middle class family can easily afford.For BCA - the fee structure is 24000/- per year.Its not a very big amount to pay.You can get upto 20000 through scholorship programs

The college do not provide any kind of scholarship/ load facilty.Though you can avail scholorship by registering yourself for E-kalyan scholorship program.It povides you a good amount of money.College fee us 24000/- and the scholorship provides you RS 20000

The number of girls is comparitivily less than the number of boys.Labs are very good.There is a very high speed internet connection.The college is secular and plays no politics.Its very bad in terms of sports

The seniors are very helpful.The help us in every possible way.The provide us notes and previous year question papers.The guide us to do innovational things.The also tell us about different companies.

I live in Dhanbad,Jharkhand. As I hadn't cleared the Jee exam.it was not possible to take admission in any IITs or NITs. So first I thought of going St.Xavier college,Ranchi for pursuing my BCA but my body /health didnt permitted to do so.so i was looking for a nearby option.One friend of mine informed me about this college that thid college offers BCA course and its a well renounced college.So i decided to go and have a look around the campus.It seemed good to me at that time.So,I took the form and appeared for the entrance exam.The entrance exam was quite easy.I cleared the exam and continued my class from there.Now its almost 2 and half years.and i have developed my skills with the help of my professors.The professors are very help ful in every way.So,If you are financially weak than you can give this college a try ?.

The faculty is not so good.Only one or two professors are good.Rest all are unqualified.There are no permanent teachers.Every year the teachers are replaced due to which it becomes very difficult to co-op with new teachers.they should hire professionals.As I am from BCA department,Professor Uday is very good and talented.Rest all are kind of noob.The only focus on the theory portion.They do not care about practicals much.And the library also do not contain a good number of books.
