All About GITAM

Except college fees structure, there are no other complaints about GITAM. The courses offered are very relavent to the reality. The faculty who take up the courses have good knowledge on the subjects. Placements offered are very good.

The placements offered by the college is very good.90 % students are placed.Internships are not provided by the college but we can look for internships on our own and we will get permission from college to work on internship with relavent companies.

There are many technical and cultural feasts conducted in our college which help us interact with other course people and also students from other colleges can also participate in the technical and cultural feasts conducted in our college, which helps us better understand what is happening in other colleges which helps us learn new technologies

According to my view I find the fee structure expensive, but there are many scholarships and loans provided to meet the fees requirement.The fee is high for a normal middle class student.There is an increase in fees every year for next batch students, which makes it more expensive year by year.

There is scholarship provided for the students who has a good merit and whose family annual income is below the poverty line, which helps them in a little way to meet their needs.This scholarship is offer in every semester

Extra curricular activities in the college are very good.We have feasts conducted in the college atleast thrice and year.There is very big ground in our college for all the outdoor sports and also we have a good activity room for indoor sports and also and amphitheatre for cultural nights, which make our college not only a place for studies but also encourages extra curricular activities

For any college the alumni Is an assert, in the same way for my college also alumni is an assert.They help bringing new recruiters to the college to help juniors getting places which resulted in almost 90% to 100% placement of students in every batch.

I have written a GAT exam.According to the rank I had a counseling and then got admission in the college.I was very interested in electrical engineering from my high school so I have opted for this course.

The faculty of the college has good knowledge of the subjects and they are very helpful and encouraging.They help us teach anything which is related to the subjects and also conduct some extra practical labs if necessary.
