About the Design department of Poornima University

It's an average University. Which is not so good and not so bad. It varies from department to department. But when we are talking about the design department. There are no proper labs No workshops. No industry explore. No practical work.

Every semester has 4 exams, the exam structure is pretty good. There are CIE 1, CIE 2 Mid-semester examination & then finally end semester examination. For theory subject, you need to give written exams But in the case of the practical subject, they conduct a jury.

There is a good internship program for the student who belongs to a 4-year degree program. But in the case of a 3-year degree program, there is no proper structure, from this year they started 2 months internship after the 4th semester. Placement is average. Not so good not so bad.

Poornima also focus on non-curriculum activities too There is a yearly feast known as lakshya Another from this University also celebrates all the fests like Makar Sankranti Saraswati pooja & etc. Even every department celebrates their annual day Design department conducts their fashion shows.

As Poornima is not so good University that's why it is also not an expensive University at all You may pay the fee in 2 installment But they charge lots of money in the name of the Development fee. Other fees Miscellaneous fee. Enrollment fee & etc.

Yes, there is a scholarship program which is based on your 12th grades If you got more than 88 percent then you get a 100 Present scholarship on your tuition fee Even universities also provide loan facilities.

Poornima University conducts lots of extracurricular activities which are related to literature, writing &, etc. There are debate competitions. Dance & music competitions. Drama & etc No only this There are different clubs like sports club, design & art club &, etc.

They charge a very high fee & Does not provide even the basic facilities like purified water. The washrooms are not good The rooms are not clean Food is not good, they provide same food daily Even the lift of hostel also not work properly.

There is no connection with any alumni Who belongs to the department of design & art But the seniors are super supportive Even it is an anti-ragging college. Where the students can feel safe & secure It is better to give them respect and take lots of love from them.

You just need to fill up the admission form, And you get admission here, no further process is required here. As no entrance exam is conducted by Poornima University, what they only want is money. Even the design department of this University is not UGC approved.

Some faculty is too good but some are totally different from this Even some teachers promote the partiality in the department It's not a good thing that teachers may categorize the students on the basis of their course.
