Remarks

Yes the positive side of the colleges the students who work very hard to get job and do most of their syllabus by private tuitions. The other good thing about the colleges any poor student can also complete their graduation and post graduation here because the college fee structure is very low because it is Government College. There are so many negative side of the college I cannot tell all of them in the day. The campus is very small there is no library the parking is also small the love is very small and last but not the least the placement is very poor.

Course Curriculum Overview

2.5

The exam pattern is based on semester pattern and your passing pass depends on your chosen subject i.e your are students of honours or general. You have to pass all the subject. If you are not passed the subject them you have to give the exam in next semester with your junior.

Placement Experience

2

The major placement companies are Amazon, Flipkart, Tata etc.But the package is not so big.It must lie between 2 lakh per annum. There is not intership given by college but if you have a domicile of Jharkhand then for OBC there is a scholarship foam of e k alayan.I never get it due to i haven't all required paper.

College Events

0.5

There is no big event organised in the college. There is only swachh Bharat abhiyan event done by NCC students and no big event is organised in college. The campus is not so big for any big events. The the fonts it is also not so high.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very good because it is very cheap college. There is is only expenditure of 3000 to 4000 per semester. In which 1000 to 2000 for exam form and raised for library and college maintenance fee.

Fees and Financial Aid

The college is very cheap so so you did not required any kind of scholarship or loan. But if you are too poor to give the college fee and you have domicile of Jharkhand then you can can fill the form of e Kalyan in which you get all your your feedback in your bank account but you must have Jharkhand domicile document and you belongs to other backward caste. This form generally come in September for more detail visit the site of e Kalyan.

Campus Life

2

There is no sport ground of the college the campus is so small for any ground. There is only small parking for teacher and there is no big lab.The labs are so small that only 8 to 10 student can perform any experiment. The librarian is not good because they behave very bad and not allow you for any kind of books.

Hostel Facilities

1.5

No there is no hostel facility in the college. You have to prepare for yourself for your own residency. If if you are not able to find any room then look up for private hostels which you can find in professor colony.

Alumni/Alumna

No are not connected with any senior but most of them look for government job and very less go for private jobs. Most of girls purchase their master degree and then do for their career. Most of the students did not like for private job because they think private jobs have less scope.

Admission

Yes i got the admission. You have to fill the foam of the college on its official website of VBMKU and download the acknowledgement paper and the challan recipient of RS 100.Then you have to wait for the merit list and the cutoff.Normally there is 3 merit list is provided by the college.

Faculty

2

The faculty of my college is not so large but big enough to teach the students. The best faculty is of physics because the teacher is very disciplined because of the HOD Das sir.The only problem is the class is not regular for UG but PG has regular class.

Actually biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program where we have to learn mostly the practical skills but there is no such equipment for doing a decent type of research work as they are not in a working condition. So first it has to be corrected and new equipment should have to buy for a making a good laboratory.

Placement Experience:

The campus placement in our college is held after the completion of all 6 semesters and there is very limited number of companies that come over to offer placement but off campus placements starts from 6 semester onwards. The companies visited were Vedanta for graduate trainee offering 1.40 - 4.65 LPA Tata Power for graduate trainee offering 1.90 - 3.69 LPA Only 40% students got placements. Many students didn't take part as the packages very low & even the perks were not so good. I planned to do higher studies in M.Sc. As the subject was very intriguing I preferred pursuing more knowledge.

As the session started late so we have less time to complete the syllabus but it will be fixed after one semester. Teachers don't go very fast in order to complete the syllabus they focus on that the students are understanding the lectures delivered. The frequency of exam is ok 2 in one semester. Difficulty of exam is moderate to hard

I am chosen this course because mathematics is my strongest subject from all of the others that's why I can choose mathematics. Faculty member of our college is very supportive but some of the teachers are very rude behaviour. Our college teachers are very disciplined about teaching and any project work. My class have 250 students. Every semester our college takes mid sem exam then a viva exam, assignment on every paper, group discussion, surprise test. The exam pattern was based on their classes. The exam pattern is moderate most times.
