College review

Overall it is a good College with great infrastructure alot of opportunities. The professor's will try their best in helping you. The office staff is quite friendly. Placement office does alot for students to find a job

The course structure is pretty good but alot of self study is also required, for exam we also had weekly practicals of every subject every week which needed to be submitted the next week itself. College timing was from 8-4 so it was pretty good as the traffic was pretty less and also we had the entire evening to do rest of our stuff

Placement is pretty good over here almost 70-80% of the the students get a job through the College placements, we had placement drives throughout the final year Many dream companies like Morgan Stanley also visited

Second semester is full of events, MIT has alot of events we had TESLA one of the biggest inter College technical event's which also had few gaming competition's, we also have a cultural magazine SPANDAN. Out College also participates in ROBOCON a world wide robotics competition.

Fees for a year was about one lakh rupees which was quite reasonable as we haf all the latest softwares and hardwares installed in our lab computers high speed internet and a clean campus, plus it was lower compared to other Colleges

I was an average student so i did not get any scholarships, but as it was a College affiliated to Pune University we had free ships and tution fees waiver for low income families, my annual income families was like 3. 5 lakh per annum hence I had a 50% waiver which was paid by out government

MIT does have alot of sports teams and participate in most of the inter College compititions like cricket basketball football Crowd is diverse in our batch we had like 50% of Maharashtrians and rest of them were from North and South, we even had a guy from Darjeeling

Almuni network is pretty strong, i am not a part of it though, Also the placement office is still helping us find jobs as an experienced employees in great companies Professor's also love to recommend you incase you plan your master's

In pune MIT College OF ENGINEERING is considered as one of the top most Colleges. I always had a things for computers and coding hence I choose computer engineering. In Maharashtra we have a centralised merit entrance exam MH-CET, and a centralised admission system based on the merit rank of the same exam.

The faculty is not that great but not that bad either, all of them have a master's degree and few of them have a PhD but knowledge wise everyone is average, Lab assistant have a great knowledge about hardware
