Remarks

This College will be top College in puducherry, the placement records will be much better than the other College, the academic wise this will be better but comeparitively low in sports and extra curricular activities

Course Curriculum Overview

There will be 8 semester and for each semester the first hour tests will be conducted on all the working days and the 3 internal exams will be conducted for each semester and a pre modal exam and one model exam will be conducted

This is College is number 1 in puducherry because of the placement record. every year around 700 students are placed in a company and many more reputed companies will also came for recruitment.

The College will conducted many symposium, technical fest, sports fest and cultures every year and they celebrated in the grand manner. most of the Colleges in pondicherry will come and compete in the events

The College fees is expensive comperatively higher than the other Colleges normally the College fees is 80500 other than that lab fees breakage fees and transportation fees will be charged seperately.

The students who are joined the College through CENTAC will get scholarship from the puducherry goverment. the College management will help the students to get the amount and they will deposit the amount in the bank account.

Campus Life

The labs infrasture will be better than the other Colleges in pondicherry and also they will encrouge many extra curricular activities but the sports will not be much encrouged. they will give less inportant for the sports

The alumni network will be helpful for the students who are studing in the College. and they helped the students during the placement time to give some tips to the students and they will conduct the alumi meet regularly

After completing my 12th study, i decided to join emgineering as comperatively this College is better than other Colleges in puducherry. so i decided to join in sri manakula vinayagar engineering College

The faculty and the staffs working in the College is very kind and friendly in nature. and they helped the students very much and also encrouged the students not only in studies and extra curricular activities also

Life in Pondicherry Technological University

Placement Experience:

7 th sem you are eligible if you don't have any backlogs. Like 15 companies came and made offers . The percentage of students getting into the placement by college is like 60% . My plan is to complete a master degree or to try to work in zoho company.

Information Technology this course play a major role in all MNC side and this field will never end because day by day technology is growing in our world , so that i choose this fiedl and also in this college this coures have good impact . while talking about faculty mamber and department , The department abmians was very good and cool this department have sepcific library, all faculty 's are very good in nature they can teach whenever we ask doubt , and the faculty's are well educated and have knowledge in all kind of domain every faculty's are completed PHD. totally 450 students are pursiving this coures in this college . the teaching mood in this college is completely problem solving mood and self learing method. time about sem exam is after 4 month of starting courese and in between you have internal test , ans assignment processes . difficulty of exam is medium .

As I have aimed to get addmission in st Joseph's College of engineering in Chennai in councelling. But due to some circumstances I couldn't get seat in that college. Due to parents opinion i have joined in sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college. Comparison between st Joseph's and sri manakula Vinayagar enginnering college is cannot be done because of cost of living will be different from Chennai. I choosed this college over other colleges mainly for its placements. But the bad things was it's donation fees. Which was too high.
