Being located in Dhanbad there is lots of misconception related to the safety but one thing is sure it is one of the safest campus in India. Well connected through roads and railways. As it is located in centre of city you have 24*7 access to the campus. This College have Golden history but a long way to go a lot to achieve.

Course structure are traditional which will not help very much in industries but at the same time you will have enough opportunity and resources to learn and excel your field. You will have good exposure.

For graduation courses placement are excellent specially in mining and software. for post graduation branches originated from software have good placement but for core branches like mechanical, civil there is really really very hard to get placed.

Srijan And Basant are annual cultural cum tech fest which are really awsome and one of its kind. Big name like ongc, CIL, SBI are some of the sponsor of the event. Event coordinator manage the participation of student of other Colleges. Parakram and Concetto are sport and technical event, other traditional fest like saraswati puja, diwali is also celebrated.

For graduation fee is quite expensive but there is loan and other fee aides on spot which will help you to cover it. You can say fee are worthy. Fees are centrally regulated so you can't do much thing in it. PG fee is also little high but you feet financial aides.

almost every bank provide loan here but popularly SBI campus branch and HDFC give education loan here. It's smooth process. PG and PhD students get MHRD stipend 12. 4K and 30+ K. So they mostly do not go for loan but in case you need loan banks will provide easily.

They unmatchable with two big sports ground. Swimming pool, gym, basketball badminton tennis courts indoor games. clubs and society of dance music drama and academic and social activities like coding, karma joyti etc. Separate SAC building for extracurricular activities. Departmental as well as Central auditorium like PM and GJLT.

Hostel are for all. Unless you are a locality. Generally one room with two beds. You have to change hostel room per year. Roommate are of your choice but of the same year. Generally hostel are provided on the basis of year/sem. Rent And mess charges are included in the fee only. Generally it's 15k for food and room per semester.

Seniors are helpful. Some alumni are really at good position in national and international companies. There is alumni group also. Some of them are also in online platform like linkdin. Colleges also conduct alumni meet.

For graduation IIT JEE then counselling on the basis of marks, For M. Tech GATE SCORE (interview conditional ) then counselling on the basis of score, for Phd GATE SCORE, INTERVIEW and PROJECT WORK, here interview and project work play a major role.

Most of them are average but there are some faculties who are really exceptional and legend in their field. Most faculties are originally from bangal. they will help and guide you a lot but finally you have to do by yourself.
