i am in energy system branch which is comes under mechanical engineering. Here, this branch is much similar to thermal engineering where heat transfer, thermodynamics and many other subject resembles to the thermal engineering part

you will get 12400 per month from MHRD if you take addmission by cracking GATE. in the 2nd year of college,you may get an industrial exposure deoending on your performance in interview.companies like tata steel, cumins,seimens comes for internship and later convert into full time job if they find candidate better.

there is 2 events which organise in even semester every year. first one is named as cultural fest which is of 3 days and event organize are like dance,paiting,singing,dj night etc and second one is technical fest name ojjas and it is also of 3days.

the fees structure for 1st semester is about 70 thousand excluded mess and later goes down to 60500 after 1st semester and mess fees is ruppes 16500 per year but the good thing is that you got your stipend every month.

you will easily got personal loan from state bank of india which is nearby to college and plus you will get 12400 rupees per month if you took addmission through gate, you just have to maintain your CGPA above 6.

you will required various options like for sports, you will get lawn temnis, bad mintion,cricket,football, volleyball and many other game and if you wanna spend your time in academics, they will provide you separate computer in lab.

hostel here are good in condition.you will get single room from the veey first day to last and all single rooms having a bed, desk and a chair included almirah. a sepeerate balcony gives you good view of outside.

there is very vast aluninai network in nit jamshedpur and the good thing is that they already every corner of the world, plus alumni here are mostly friendly and helps you in anyway they can.Even college organise many event for aluminai.

For doing Mtech from NIT jamshedpur, you just have to crack GATE from the respected branch in which you already done your graduation and than there will be CCMT councilling for qualified candidates in which you got 3 rounds for selecting the college.

all faculty is highly qualified and well experience in respective of their knowledge.you can choose your guide in 2nd year of branch for project according to your area of interest and i think it matters most.
