Course Curriculum Overview
Courses are good but not latest. We have 3 internal exam, 1 internal lab exam, if we pass internals then we will be eligible for external exam. External consist of 100marks exam but it will be converted to 50marks as other 50 marks will be depending on internal marks and our behaviour.
Placement Experience
We don't know because we are the first batch for this new University. We have been told that there will placement depending on our College CGPA and most companies will come to recruit us but we are not sure about that.
College Events
Freshers event: where all seniors welcome new juniors with some treat and dances and some programs. Send off: where all the passed student batch will be sent with some programs and treat. Sports: we can participate depending on our wish. Ethnic: we can represent our culture.
Fee Structure And Facilities
Currently feasible. ? 20k per Annum but can be paid 10k per semester. If your from CET you might have less fees, but for Management quota you need to pay ?20000 per year. For exams we need to pay another 4k per year. So total 24-25k per year
Fees and Financial Aid
No scholarship from college, but we can get government scholarship like vidyasiri etc. Loan is available if we have no backlogs and good SGPA/CGPA. As our fees is 20k we get loan but it's affordable to everyone so no one had took the loan.
Campus Life
We have 3 labs currently, VB Lab, C++ Lab and Unix Lab. But as system have Ubuntu OS, VB lab has not been taken till now but in upcoming days we get windows OS. The same faculties will be there for Lab. A laptop for a student will provided. Sports etc will be our wish, we can participate or be in class.
Hostel Facilities
No, I am day scholar. One my friend is in hostel, he pays 30k p.a as he is from CET quota but for Management it's 50+k p.a. In single room 3 people, seperate beds, common bathroom for all 3 people, morning breakfast, noon lunch and night dinner will be provided, but it's not good as said by the students.
Alumni/Alumna
Alumni? We haven't seen them till now, seniors are like Pan Dabba people will chapri style, no proper Language etc. Feels like is this college or Drug addiction relieve centre. Nope, they are not helpful
Admission
Management Quota. 1st preference will be given to CET and then few seats will be available for Management Quota. Few should be paid by UPI and a screenshot Xerox must be submitted to college. Fee is 20k PA, But can be paid each sem 10.1k
Faculty
Worst, they have no clear programming knowledge. No proper labs but they need us to be good at our external lab exam. I have laptop(lag++) at home but what about other students. Faculties are good at behaviour and no discrimination depending on caste, color etc.
