ONE of the finest engineering college in Rourkela

In case of study, knowledge This college is very good but in case of placement ,job this college has not good track record since 5,6 years. Admission is also reduced day by day. So for shortage of students placement is also reduced. So if u want placement plzz don't choose this college.

I m studying civil engineering right now. The curriculum of college is quite average but there is a good study atmosphere. And for most teachers are quite helpful and learent. Examination is very strict.no copy is allowed.

Placement is not good.if u search for placement this college is not suitable for you.but if u want knowledge u r welcome. Placement is in very drastic conditions.only computer science department has 2,4 company come for placement otherwise for other streams no placement is there. So don't hope for placement.

1. Foundation day 2. Arohan(Annual Day) 3. TEKVAG( TECHNOLOGY FAIR) In arohan accedemic prize were distributed amoung the toppers of every branch. Cash prize are also given to them. Dance , singing, drama are also conducted.

For for 4 years fee structure is about 2.7 lakhs.and I don't think it is expensive in compared toOther engineering college. As there is no placement so don't hope for job plzz. College condition is not good enough to bring various companies for placement.

Yes there are many scholarship like prerana, medhabruti etc which provide many scholarships to students each and every year. I also got 10000/- per year from medhabruti scholarship. Many students got scholarship here.

Extra curricular activities like sports both indoor outdoor,drama, song,dance are encouraged here. Students got awarded here for various events in annual day. labs are very spacious and various machines are provided for students practical purpose. More than 200 computers are there in the computer lab.

No. I am not hostelite but fee for hostel is around 5000 per month and yearly 60000/-. Hostel is very clean with attached bathroom Neat and clean rooms are there and regular maintenance is also done.

Seniors are quite supportive in study and problem solving as well. The college is fully Ranging free. We respect seniors and they also give respect to there juniors. No ranging is encouraged here. There is also an Alumni club.

I got admission via jee main Rank. I am studying civil engineering now in this college. I m a final year student. After +2 I attain her main (Joint entrance examination). I secured a all India rank then I got admission in this college.

We got one of the best teacher in our college. They were highly educated and helpfull as well as supportive. There 7 teachers and 3 lab teachers in civil engineering department. Lab is full of instruments.
