Course Curriculum Overview

Much better than other colleges. Generally arts colleges had 6 semesters. In each semester they have to conduct 90 working classes. Each exam have two internals and one semester. Internals will be for 60 marks and semester for 100 marks.

Placement Experience

Yes. They will sponcer it. Good for place ment. Many of them.place in the campus interview. Campus drive also to be done in the campus. No other colleges will take care of the students like this.

College Events

Lots of progress will be conducted in the college. Department program also conducted. Great college. Department program had to done by the department of each category. Some programs to be particaped by the fameous people

Admission

Mark based selection, After my hsc result i applied for the cource. Based on the mark they selected the Students. after the they took the selected students to the principle to get signature from him.

Faculty

Talented staff. This college runs for two categories. One for aided and other for the self finance. Both the category staff are talented. Maximum of the staff will behave like a friend to students. And also their teaching also good.

Life at PSGCAS

Placement Experience:

The placements were okay in our college, it starts from the second year onwards in respect to diff degree. For economics it starts from 5th semester onwards. There were many companies who visited including goldman sachs, deloitte, zoho, tcs, accenture etc. and the package starts from 1,20,000 to 12,00,000 rupees per annum.

Placement Experience:

Our college provides placement. At first they will conduct some training programme for those students who are all interested and paid fee for placements after that based on the performance of the students in the interviews they got selected. Companies like Accenture and many others come forward. The percentage of the students getting placed is depends on good performance. I planned to look forward for some jobs by cracking some exams.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Well the course provides almost everything which is needed and available. This is not a normal economics course as it involves statistics,python, core math and also dives into data science. This allows the students to explore various subjects and can choose which is their best fileld. The curriculum overall is very rigorous and intense but you can crack it if you study regularly. About the frequencies of the examinations, we have 2 internal examinations and 1 end semester examination. I can guarantee that this course is super rigorous but im not sure if i would necessarily say that the course is "practical" and it helps us in the real word. I cannot comment on the practicality of the courses. The exams are not super difficult and its moderate. Getting more than 90% can be challenging although clearing the paper won't be an impossible task.
