Course Curriculum Overview

It is a good course andagriculture is a way of life you can learn herefrom economics to entomology and from extension education to sports activities Course is simple but it is totally in English if you have good English you can clear in one night

Many events are celebrated in my college Hence I am study in Maharashtra then Shivaji jayanti and Ganapathi is famous festival in Maharashtra hence these are celebrated in college at utmost joy and happiness and also days in February and Chanchak in January.

Not expensive it is vary from category to category and Fees structure is according to every semester odd semester have more fees then even one And fees is normally from 5 k to 2000 and hostel fees is 6000 for boys per semester

Many scholarship are given by government For ICAR students NTS scholarship is given by ICAR that is 36000 per year and conditions is all clear subjects in all subjects and for SC and St 56000 scholarship and for other students 10000 scholarship

Admission

I crack ICAR AIEEE exam which is held every year in the month of June aur July and then all India counselling is held and I got 386 marks and got MPKV university and then by counseling process I got college of agriculture pune

Faculty

Faculty are hard workers they are doing their best in every circumstances They are polite in nature and classes and study is mostly base on curriculum but the subject in one SEM is more :,24 in each semester and there are 8 semester

College conducts Campus placement drives for the last year students. Pass out students mostly prefer for higher education specially in Agriculture science or management. Most of the students are selected for government jobs as officers in various departments.

An Imaginary ideal college

Likes

College provides good support for sportsperson. A well maintained college ground without local citizen interference. A well equipped student gym. Also have all the equipments required for any sports.
A well maintained silent campus, with clean and peaceful environment, as like you would feel as if you aren't a part of outside urban Pune. A village like environment
Each department is well equipped with its intruments. All the intruments are rustless. The campus acquires a historical builduing built by Britishers.

Dislikes

The hostels are so conjusted. It is not sufficient for such large number of students.

Placement Experience:

From semester 7 students become eligible for campus placements. The highest package offered by the companies is around 15 LPA and the average offered is 5-6 LPA The percentage of students getting placements is 40% My plans after getting a degree is to establish a buisness or if got a placement in an company would continue further with it.

Admission:

Enlist on mcaer website admission based on merit basis. mhcet exam 60 percent weightage and hsc marks 40 percent weightage. admissions are giben on merit status of caste quota. the course is good and future oriented. I chose as it is near my house and is easisly reachable for bus stops and railway stations.

Remarks:

College is best. There are very negative things about college. But the academics are on top. Teaching is extraordinary. Residential and infrastructure facilities are best. Some negative things such as there are lot of rules. And that have to be followed. But it is best.

Remarks:

Very beautiful campus. There is a very big playground for the students. Lots of games are taken on that ground. All campus is surrounded by the green garden. There are also field plots of students for the research purpose so that students can do research. College library, hostel, canteen, mess, auditorium, badminton court everything is best

I had applied for other colleges of Agriculture field only. But for answering the question this college is located in the centre of Pune city. No, I didn't get any rejection from any college as I had this college as my first preference over all. The admission process for my college is to pass the Common Entrance Test exam conducted by Maharasthra board by acquiring a good percentage (caste wise variable) the cutoffs are like : open category - 98-99 percentile Ews category - 96-98 percentile OBC - 92 percentile ... Eligibility - 10+2 from any recognised board with any stream in +2. You can find the application form on the MCAER website. There you can fill required details. The entrance exam of ICAR UG or MH CET is mandatory. Earlier they used to consider +2 marks also but now they've stopped. There is 1 seat reserved for the son/daughter of defence employees.
