Shri Shivaji Agriculture College, Amravati was established in 1959 and is running under the Shri Shivaji Education Society's. The college is affiliated to Dr. Panjabrao Deshmukh Krishi Vidyapeeth (PDKV). It is approved by University Grants Commission (U.G.C).The College conducts many sports competitions like Kho-Kho, Kabbadi, Bolly ball and athletics. The college aim is to provide healthy educational environment to improve the skills of the students.

For applying the admission one should have to clear the MHCET examination or CUET .the local resident of Maharashtra most likely prefer MHCET and student out of Maharashtra prefers CUET exam foe admission

I have applied for more two different college but I get Shri Shivaji agriculture college amravati. From my research I have concluded that , lecture are taken regularly that's why I have taken addmission.

- Big Campus of College. Friendly Nature of Professors. Separate place for preparation for competitive exam like forum . Discipline of college, etc.

- Some Strict rule of the college like school type.

1) I applied for College of Agriculture Akola because this college is near my home but this college is good in academics so to excele in my academic I choose this college. 2) No 3) There is mhtcet exam for admission in agriculture college of all over of maharashtra.this exam merit wise students get colleges.cutoff is 90 percentile. And vary to category.

I get college of agriculture UKD in 3rd round but I have addmission in only government agriculture college that's why I skip this college and go to the spot round which is held in SSAC Amravati and I got addmission in general category

Admission process of my college is through cap round and spot round also i have this college becouse of spot round i dont have any idea about this college but in spot round i take this college and i glad to see this college

- All teachers are not Same! Some didn't teach seriously!
- They Charges 200/- rupees per semester on the name of Cycle stand!!

The Sri Shivaji Agriculture College Amravati is far better than other private as well as government college! It comes under private education society named Shri Shivaji Education Society Amravati though it comes under private education society the fee is of government college! I would like to to suggest that please make a proper list of colleges according to the right preference on the basis of the Score u got through MHT- CET! Admission process is also easy u have to just fill the name of the College in ur preference list and u got the chance to get admission in College!

The admission process to place on the portal called as mht CT sale the admission process was done by the screening test which was conducted by the Maharashtra State Government for conducting the CET examination on which the secured by the students were marks in various subject such as biology physics chemistry which converted into the percentile and give us the all Maharashtra level merit number on which basis the cap kya round were organised out of 4 cap rounds I was selected in the fourth round. The aspects which I didn't like was the late declaration of the least of the merit students as I was eagerly waiting for the same
