Course Curriculum Overview
Course curriculum is well developed it includes all the subjects related to the agricultural science. The course is designed by the V deans committee of the ICAR, New Delhi. The last year of the course focuses on practical learning through ELP Modules.
Placement Experience
College conducts Campus placement drives for the last year students. Pass out students mostly prefer for higher education specially in Agriculture science or management. Most of the students are selected for government jobs as officers in various departments.
Fees and Financial Aid
Fee structure of the college is semester wise. 12000 for even semester and 8000 for odd semester. Per year fees is Rs 20000. Hostel fees Rs 6000 per semester annually Rs 12000. One can avail various scholarships given by the government depending on the category of the student.
Campus Life
College has a very good campus that includes all the required facilities for students. College has separate hostel buildings for boys and for girls. A separate building for library and one for the students amenity complex. College has a large playground in campus itself.
Hostel Facilities
Hostel facility is available for both girls and boys in the college campus. Hostel is well equipped with accommodation facilities, Recreation hall, mess hall and conference hall. For rented accommodation good and affordable options are available just outside the college campus.
Admission
The college is Government of Maharashtra aided educational institution. Admissions are given through CAP as conducted by the MCAER based on the CET score obtained in class 12. College is good In overall parameters.
Faculty
All the faculty members are well versed with the syllabus. They are government appointed teachers and research professionals. Exams are conducted based on the syllabus as designed by the ICAR. There are theory as well as practical exams for each course.
Night Life
College is located in the outskirts of the Karad city. Mostly all the places around are closed during night times. But one can enjoy a great walk in and around college campus. Food options are available at some distance from campus during night time.
