Our college campus need to be larger, we feel like we doing job in an MNC. Classrooms and buildings need to be upgraded. Laboratory components should be upgraded. Computers in computer applications department are malicious.

My college is affiliated to Gauhati University which offers the semester system for the students. A semester is 6 months long. We have our final exams every 6 months. A 3 year degree course has 6 semesters.

My college doesn't have any placement cell. But sometimes some companies come to our college to take freshers. But it is quite rare in Pandu College. Students mostly have to go individually to the companies for the job.

As we live in India, we have varieties of holidays. My college celebrates every local festivals we have. Apart from festivals, we celebrate fresher's day department wise and as a whole too. We call local singers too.

Fees are according to the course you are taking. Not very expensive but also not affordable by many small towners. They charge for gym but don't have one, they charge males for common room but the room is dominated by union members.

My college directly doesn't offer any scholarship but many can get in using government schemes. Chief minister's free admission scheme for BPL students is a very good opportunity for the students who can't afford.

Extracurricular activities such as quiz competitions, debates, annual functions happen in the college. Inter-college games like cricket, tennis, volleyball etc also happen in the college, although college doesn't have any dedicated game court.

We don't have any special touch with our seniors. Some of them got job and some of them are studying further. Very few got campus placement. Some are doing business. Very few are helpful to juniors and many of them don't care.

I first applied for the admission on my college website www.panducollege.org , after my name was on thr merit list, administration gave me the admission form to fill and after filling up the form I submitted that. That's all.

Faculty's quality depends on the departments individually. My Computer Applications department has 4 teachers. 2 of them have accent issues. The best department is Geography department and worst is Commerce department.
