College management has to raise faculty members and maintain a teacher-student ratio.

Course Curriculum Overview

The process is fair . Cut-off marks are decided by the university administration . The course consist of Choice based credit system CBCS and semester system . Other than honors subject , DSE subjects are also include ( politics and human rights , moral and value education) and general elective physics and chemistry

Class Size: 130Course Fees: INR 5000 per year

Placement Experience

Flipkart , Amazon, Zomato , swiggy are some companies that come to college for placement. The stipend generally range from 6000-10000 per month.

College Events

No technical program took place but college foundation day , sarhul divas , sido kanho sahidi divas are celebrated every year. Independence day and republic day flag hoisting are also celebrated. Also, the seminar took place in the university where each student has to give a sum of money to participate.

Fee Structure And Facilities

The fee structure is very feasible. During admission Rs 900 every year is charged while the examination form includes 600 per semester. Other than this no amount is required. No examination fees for female candidates and pwd candidates. Nothing to say now .

No, I belong to the general caste. so, no scholarship from college or university. Neither I have opted for an education loan.

Campus Life

Mainly, the university is for santhalis . The economic condition of the university is not good. The male-female ratio is good. ABVP rules over student union . Debates are carried out by university twice a year. The cultural fest takes place during college foundation day.

Alumni/Alumna

No need to contact senior students. Neither farewell nor ragging took place in the university . So there is no alumni network.

Admission

Admission was carried out on a merit basis. Marks of 10th and 12 are used for used for merit. I took admission in the month of August 2017 . However, in this session admission process took place in the month of May June. Form are out in the month of May which need to be filled online.

Faculty

The faculty consists of NET qualified teacher, my HoD is also net qualified. However, the standard was neither very good nor very bad. Due to fewer faculty members in the department , the education system is not so developed. Classes are functional once or twice a week

Good environment supportive faculty health compilation student must get good exposure, university have letest NAAC A+ grading
Campus Life nice big campus great environment belongs to nature you can find beautiful seen trees pound mountain good academic infrastructure big library, time to time program in campus restore our culture and tradition
Good and recognised faculty use modern methods of teaching including ICT in teaching learning provide support and guidance form faculty, student from different state take admission in university making more diverse and integrated environment

Dislikes

Placement, there is no such fixed placement average package is around 6laks anual
Not really good for Sports there no such dedicate cricket ground football ground all are in single field university not focus on sports activities
In my course tight schedules from 9 to 5 classes make students feel exosted and boored

I rate 9 out of 10 to my course curriculum Improve soft skills communication build confidence Learn extracurricular activities dance cultural panting ICT etc. Curriculum is designed for modern challenges for upcoming teachers make each student degital ready our curriculum is based on nep 2020 so it design to tackle problem faced by teachers Exam are on time after 6month Not really difficult to clear an average student can easily score 70 percent marks

college campus is so beautiful and faculty members are also supportive
very good seniors are there , college is located at the main city
college is totally strict for the ragging and any kind of misconduct

Dislikes

no hostel facilty for the student in the college campus
less pg and hostel available near the college
exams are not conducted properly even a single semester can not be completed in 6 month

Placement Experience:

placement facility in the college is very poor , only few companies come for the placement and only few students placed , but the if we consider the average package of the college then it is aroun 3 lakh per annum

Likes

Environment of the college was good for girls
This was only women's University so there was no girls to boys ratio
In first structure was not so good as ladies toilet was not clean and good

Dislikes

No placement was there core companies never come
Faculties were not at all good and they are not at all cooperative
No life facilities was their special for science students

As it was the course and curriculum designed by government so course and curriculum was good areas of improvement should be infrastructure and lab practical methods should be improved specially for vocab vocational courses

Think before doing anything

Likes

It's auditorium is quite big and good where every event happens.
The crowd is pretty good but to enjoy your college life you have to come and attend first.
Faculties are very good and down to earth.

Dislikes

I think the infrastructure has to be improved because it's look like late 90s type.
It has a very small campus due to less area.

Course Curriculum Overview:

Actually biotechnology is an interdisciplinary program where we have to learn mostly the practical skills but there is no such equipment for doing a decent type of research work as they are not in a working condition. So first it has to be corrected and new equipment should have to buy for a making a good laboratory.

A beautiful memory of any batchelor

Likes

Teachers and facilities were very cooperative
Books were always available on time in clg library
Events and functions are organised very constantly making it very interesting to visit clg

Dislikes

Small campus area makes the college very small for outdoor games
No as such placement was provided by the clg
The faculties were not so strict to manage the students

Placement Experience:

It is told that students are ready for placement after sem 5 but in our case no as such placement was provided by the college But the history says that the average placement package is of around 4 lpa where the max package was of 8 lpa There are many options after this course completion where all the ideas and strategies Will be provided by the college

I choose skmu over other colleges because it is very affordable and perfectly fits my need. I did not apply to many outside colleges because my main target is to crack state civil services. The syllabus here matches perfectly with my jet and jpsc exam preparation so staying here was the best decision. The admission process is completely online and very simple. We just have to fill the application form on the jharkhand chancellor portal. The basic eligibility is simply having a graduation degree with passing marks. There is no tough entrance exam for getting into pg sociology here. The university releases a merit list based on your graduation percentage. Since my grad score was decent my name came in the first merit list itself. I'm happy the way I'm and I'm happy that I'm studying as well as standing as a helping and supportive child to my parent
