Remarks :
There is no parking facilities. There is no girls hostel, fully strict college after the autonomous status. Small campus and not conducting programs correctly. There is no tours for the first year students. Mobile is strictly prohibited.
Course Curriculum Overview :
Bcom mainly focus on accounting and business marketing. There are total 6 semester exams. And 2 internal exams in each semester. Then each internal exams are out of 25 marks and but the total internal marks are based on the exam, attendance, assignments etc.
Placement Experience :
Yes our college provides internships. But not in first year. at the time of last semester, from many companies the representatives will come to recurt the students. They will select the students based on the marks and skills also by conducting an interview
College Events :
In our college all Fridays we have arts day. It's a open stage for all to perform and enjoy. Students can show their talents on that day. Music, arts, yoga,dace etc. There will be a screening before the previous day for this program. The previous onam celebration was tottaly good. The students itself with college prepare onam sadhya for 3000.
Fee Structure And Facilities :
It's feasible for some students and at the same time it's expensive for some too. Because all the students are not coming from same family. All are from different familes. Many students are paying fees themselves by going for partime job and all.
Loan/ Scholarship Provisions :
Yes there are scholarships provide to the students in our college. But not all the students are eligible for these scholarships. Students can apply for scholarships according to their marks and caste category
Campus Life :
Yes there are physics labs, computer labs, and many other labs in our college. But I don't know aware of any that. Because I m a commerce department. There is a good library in our college but I don't have entered to the library
Hostel Facilities :
In our college there is small hostel for boys only. There is no hostel for girls. I heard that hostel in our college is bad. Not good food is provided and also I have heard some news that people from outside where stayed in hostel
Alumni/Alumna :
Yes. There are seminars conducted by different departments and same as students regarding special days and fests. It improves students thinking skills and performance. Students are more likely to do activities more than the academics
Admission :
Using my 12th marks I have applied through online site of the college. Then they have provide index marks based on my 12 marks and others. After that they have call up to the college then all the students who are all in the index marks list where seated in the college hall. The representatives of the college will call the index marks lower to upper. The lower index mark students will be eligible for the admission. If the student is not presented they will call the next one the entry. After I have submitted my certificate and have an interview by the principal of the college. And I got admission
Faculty :
St. Alberts college is an autonomous college. It's almost a strict college. After the autonomous status the students have no right to speak up. The management is doing there own decisions among all the things.
