Remarks

Positive: Tool engineering has very much potential in industry. All we need a proper placement and training team/faculty. But also firstly we need a better infrastructure with all the labs and faculty that will bend us to be an engineer we meant to be.

Course Curriculum Overview

3.5

The course is easy and challenging at the same time. The practical classes should be improved. Theory teachers are mostly part time. they can be regular or better. Exam pattern for 1 semester:- 1 internal theory + assignments (25) marks. 1 external theory (75) Mark's 1 practical internal (40) Mark's 1 practical external (60) marks

Placement Experience

2.5

No college doesn't provide internships. We self find some. Placements are below average. Aprox 2lac a year. Being a govt college, placement should be much better. We get very less placements opportunities

College Events

2

1. Freshers Every year new students come so freshers happens every year. 2. Ennogy (tech. fest) Started in 2018, ennogy is only best fest happens in our college. Many new opportunities and ideas come out with that. 3. Farewell (very rare)

Fee Structure And Facilities

Feasible comparatively with otherIPU btech Colleges. Aprox 60, 000 a year. For 4 years including all tuition, exam, etc fee Other colleges (specially private chargers aprox 120000* for the same.) But the 60000 with that infrastructure is too expansive.

Fees and Financial Aid

There are only scholarship for backward cast students. I don't have much idea about that but I think the get some amount every year just by filling some scholarship form. And even a general student gets 8.0 CGPA, no scholarship for a general students

Campus Life

2

1. We have university sports games but no good facilities provided by college. 2. I won 2 business plan and business case competition at Indira gandhi delhi technical university for women but college did not provide any support. We just went there and prepared all our ideas and all by ourselves. 3. Labs are very rare and poor. 4. No sports ground or facilities. I will rate this 2/10.

Alumni/Alumna

Seniors are quite helpful and our director Mr. MANJHI. He is one of the best person I have ever seen. The man with vision and helpful. Some of M-tech students are now working with some research and development team in IIT.

Admission

1. LEET from IP CET entrance exam. 2. Got 276 rank. 3. Filled counseling fee and choose 4. colleges with courses 5.Got selected in tool engineering at DITE. Went college 6. went college to submit docs and fee. 7. Meet seniors and teacher while taking admission

Faculty

3.5

Could be much better. Lack of practical knowledge and infrastructure. Some teachers are way less knowledgeable and should be verified every year. Part time teachers are worst. The management should have a look on faculty performances.

Around 70-80% students gets placed in tech branches and around 50-70% gets placed in core branches. My plan after degree are to join a fulltime offer.

The placement of my college is decent enough. If you are from Tech and circutial branches you can expect package ranging around 12-30lpa, and other than this you can expect somewhere between 8-15lpa for other branches. Overall the placement is quite good.
